Some of the recommended gearsets use a 2.48s GCD, which isn't one of our standard speeds. This choice is due to the significant damage losses associated with trying to attain either 2.49s or 2.43s with the available equipment. To resolve this, prioritize obtaining the Bygone Brass Cap of Maiming and the Grand Champion's Bracelet of Slaying as soon as possible.

Any item level above those listed below will max out both substats for each encounter. With that in mind, simply follow the general stat priority outlined in the Melding section.
