Mists of Pandaria Classic Fire Mage Gear and Best in Slot

Welcome to our guide on the Best-in-Slot (BiS) gear for Fire Mage! Here, you will find recommendations to help you optimize your gear for maximum damage and performance in raids and dungeons. Please note, that this BiS list might change a few times, due to the WoWSims simulation still being in Alpha state.

This is the stat priority for Fire Mage, following our Fire Mage Stats and Stat Priority Guide:

1. Intellect
2. Hit Rating = Expertise Rating (15% Hit Cap!)
3. Critical Strike Rating
4. Haste Rating
5. Mastery Rating

For more information on the best available gems and enchants, check out our Enchants and Gems Guide. You can find the Fire Mage Pre-Raid Best in Slot in our dedicated Fire Mage Pre-Raid Best in Slot Gear guide.

Although we provide recommended reforging in the lists below, we also recommend installing the Reforgelite Classic addon to easily calculate your optimal reforging with any gear setup. It will automatically reforge your gear to your prefered stats in a couple clicks.
