Where to Find C's Tower Anomaly Commission in Neverness to Everness
C's Tower is a Phenomenon Anomaly resembling a black open box with a yellow letter "C" on it. You can find this Anomaly on an open area east of Davidia Avenue in Bridge Crossings.
Once you get near the location, you will receive a warning of Wertheimer Index fluctuation zone.
How to Complete C's Tower Anomaly Commission
If you get near the Anomaly, it will manifest a large number of box-like objects out of thin air to block you from reaching the main body. These blocks will continue stacking on top of each other until it forms a tall tower. You need to climb those blocks to the top where it cannot create more blocks, then approach the Proliferative C (the main body).
However, once you are at the top and manage to get close to the main body, it will then ram towards you to trigger a battle. This time, you need to defeat the main body to finally have the chance to close the box for real and complete the Anomaly Commission.
