Chiz's Stat Priority
Chiz's Skill Priority
The highest impact ability that Chiz has is her Skill, which does bonus damage based on the amount of Grains she has. Her Ultimate also does a significant amount of damage, and further enhances her skill. Her basic attack is also very strong, and is the primary method of obtaining Grain during downtime.
Chiz's Awakening Priority
| Awakening Unlock Order | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Thirty-Three Days (A6) |
The first recommended awakening for Chiz is her A6. This increases the bonus Cosmos damage of Grain, which directly affects the strength of her burst window. |
| To Riceball, Bandage, Fons (A4) |
Her second recommended awakening is her A4. By increasing the acquisition rate of Grain, we're able to further enhance the potential of her Skill. |
| Blank Diary Pages (A5) |
Her third recommended awakening is her A5. By having her Grain storage maxed immediately upon entering combat, this removes the setup from her opener, and allows her to enter her burst window. |
| Fireworks in Silence (A2) |
Her fourth recommended awakening is her A2. After Chiz uses her Ultimate, she enters a surplus state, and this enhances the effect of the surplus state by making Chiz generate Grain much quicker. By generating more Grain, this increases her overall damage output. |
| Sun, Sun… speak to me! (A1) |
Her fifth recommended awakening is her A1. Now that Chiz will acquire Grain at a much higher rate, the storage capacity of Grain and Grain Loan are able to be increased and utilised to their full potential. |
| If There Were No Rainy Days (A3) |
The sixth recommended awakening for Chiz is her A3. After using Chiz's Ultimate, she enters the Grain Market and her Skill starts to gain Grains based off of Grain Price fluctuations. By increasing the chance of a Grain Price increase, we enhance the bonus effects of her skill that are granted by her Ultimate. |
How to Play Chiz
Chiz's playstyle revolves around the Grain mechanic. Outside of her Ultimate, she builds grains by using her basic attacks. The Grains enhance her Skill by making it deal bonus Cosmos damage. Most of her damage will come from optimal usage of her Skill.
It is worth noting that you can charge up her skill, and then switch to another character. Chiz will still channel her skill for the full duration, which can lead to heavy burst as two characters will be hitting at once!
