Zero Best Team Compositions

Iroi is an Anima Esper able to trigger the Blossom Esper Cycle effect when paired with Zero. She is a support character that can buff Zero's ATK, as well as providing consistent healing. Her biggest benefit comes from her Blossom Enhancement, which clones existing Vitabuds beyond the regular cap. Since Zero is a core member of any Blossom team thanks to the instant Cycle generation, Iroi naturally fits into many of Zero's best teams.

Nanally is an Anima Esper able to trigger the Blossom Esper Cycle effect when paired with Zero. She has an additional Blossom Enhancement that causes Blossoms to fire more Lebenblumes, as well as increasing the fire rate to 1 per second. As Charge is triggered by a Lebenblume hitting an enemy affected by Remora, this increases how quickly charge can build up Ultimate energy for Zero.

Shinku is an Cosmos Esper working as an on-field DPS. Her Charge Enhancement allows off field character to gain ultimate energy when the Charge cycle effect triggers. A zero is a sub DPS that spends most of the time off field this enhancement helps Zero more consistently use their ultimate which is zero's main source of damage.

Chaos is another Lakshana Esper providing Zero with one of the necessary elements for Charge. Chaos is an on-field character, allowing Zero to function in their preferred off-field DPS position. Chaos's Remora Enhancement allows Remora to do damage when it otherwise would not. Combined with Zero's ability to fully charge their Esper Cycle and switching to Chaos to trigger Remora provides the team with a new consistent source of damage.

Skia is an Lakshana Esper providing Zero with one of the necessary elements for Charge. He also provides an upgrade to the Remora cycle ( Cosmos and Lakshana combined) which allows him to add additional Remora to enemies helping trigger Charge more often.

Edgar is an Cosmos Esper focused on team healing, making him a valuable support option. Edgar's Charge Enhancement makes the charge instantly grant 120 Ultimate charge when an character triggers the Charge cycle effect with a support skill, but disables the Ultimate energy gain from the normal charge generation for a period of time afterwards. With Zero needing 100 Ultimate energy to use their Ultimate this means that they can fully charge with the support skill.

Haniel is a Psyche Esper, meaning that she cannot help with creating Charge for Zero. However, she is a great support character for the flexible spot on the team, as she provides a strong Attack buff with her skill and Ultimate.

Sakiri is an Incantation Esper, and similar to Haniel she cannot help with the Charge cycle effect, but she is also a good support option. She provides enemy crowd control through her skill and Ultimate, and she also increase the team's Attack after her Ultimate, thanks to her support skill.
