'This is not a painting' is an Anomaly Commission of a painting called "What You See" created by a brilliant artist. You can find this Anomaly on the side of the road southwest of Yurutown in Miguel District. Once you arrive at the location, you will find a single puppet pointing towards a painting.
How to Complete 'This is not a painting' Anomaly Commission
There are some minor puzzles to solve the 'This is not a painting' Anomaly. First of all, align the painting of a door with the wooden frame in the background. This will create a door that leads to an Anomaly Dimension.
Once you enter the door, you will arrive inside a painting room. Same trick as before, align the painting of the door to the wooden frame on the wall to create a complete door and go to the next area.
The third painting is more complex as it only shows a lighting. For this one, align the lighting right behind the black sculpture to complete the lighting.
The last painting is back with another set of doors. This time, you need to align the wooden door sculpture towards the painting behind it. Once the door appears, enter it and you will return to the real world and complete the Anomaly Commission.
