Best Gems for PvP Holy Paladin
As a Holy Paladin, 
Mystical Skyfire Diamond is your go-to for your
meta gem. 
Teardrop Living Ruby should be placed in your Red sockets to
maximize your bonus healing, 
Royal Nightseye in Blues to add some mp5 in
addition to the bonus healing while activating your meta gem, and
Luminous Noble Topaz in your Yellow sockets to increase your Mana pool
and get bonus healing from your talents.
