Nekomata Best Team Compositions and Character Synergies

Dialyn is a great stunner for Nekomata. While she does have more of an on-field presence, Dialyn is able to activate Nekomata's Additional Ability while also being an incredibly powerful stunner meaning theres a lot more team flexibility with who you can run as a support. Dialyn also upgrades chain attacks into ultimates and even deals bonus damage if the agent in front of her is an Attack agent.

Trigger and Pulchra are great Stun options for Nekomata who provide additional Daze through Aftershocks. Ju Fufu on the other hand provides increased decibels and CRIT DMG buffs. Their off-field nature allows Nekomata to have more field time. But you do need to be considerate of who you run as your third teammate. Pulchra gives you more team-building freedom while Trigger and Fufu instead tie you down to Nicole Demara or potentially Caesar King.

Nicole is the perfect Support for Nekomata, not only does Nicole hit the Faction requirement's allowing Nekomata to have further damage but she also provides DEF Shred, CRIT Rate and crowd control.

Astra Yao is a great Premium Support agent for Nekomata, providing Quick Assists and Extra Chain attacks which compliments Nekomata's gameplay as well as ATK, CRIT DMG and DMG buffs to further boost her damage. That being said, as an Ether unit, you do need to be considerate of your other teammate to ensure Nekomata's Additional Ability is triggered.

When paired with Seed, Nekomata is able to act as the Attack Agent for Seed's "Vanguard" effect to obtain several damage-increasing buffs. With Nekomata's low energy cost and fast EX attacks, this makes Nekomata the perfect F2P option for Seed!
