DPS Eula Build

Eula is played as an on-field Physical DPS while dealing a huge amount of her damage via the use of her Elemental Burst Glacial Illumination.

Eula's best weapon is her signature weapon Song of Broken Pines, with it having an incredibly high base ATK and also providing Physical DMG %. Because Eula mainly wants ATK, there are a large amount of viable 5-star Claymores. Some 4-star options have been provided with Serpent Spine and also "Ultimate Overlord's Mega Magic Sword".

Pale Flame is by far Eula's best artifact set which was clearly made with her in mind. She can easily maintain the 2 stacks of 9% ATK increase making it easy for her to have the buffed 2-piece effect as a result.

Combos and How to Play Eula

Eula's Elemental Skill Icetide Vortex can be pressed or held providing different effects accordingly. Pressing gives stacks of Grimheart while Holding uses the stacks to deal increased damage and lowering both the Physical and Cryo RES of enemies.

Eula's Elemental Burst Glacial Illumination is your main source of damage. Upon use, a Lightfall Sword will follow Eula for 7s. Attacks deals to opponents from Eula during this time will add a stack to the Lightfall Sword therefore increasing its Physical DMG at the end of the 7-second mark or when you swap to another character. This makes Eula's damage very backloaded, only occurring once a full rotation has been completed.

Eula's main combo to gain Lightfall stacks is:

  • Icetide Vortex Tap
  • Glacial Illumination
  • Normal Attack: Favonius Bladework - Edel x4
  • Icetide Vortex Hold
  • Normal Attack: Favonius Bladework - Edel x4

With Attack SPD buffs, you can do alternate rotations such as a 5th Normal Attack at the end of the rotation giving you an additional stack.

Eula's Best Team Comps

Eula's best teams always involve an Electro character as well as Cryo characters to create Superconduct reactions. This reduces Physical@ RES by 40%. Without other Elemental Reactions taking place Eula can only really fill Physical based roles. Eula's most common non-standard team is Hyperbloom teams.

Eula Physical DPS Teams

Raiden Shogun is Eula's best teammate providing powerful damage outside of Eula's burst window as well as helping to gain Energy for Elemental Bursts. Fischl is otherwise a good option for Electro application. Mika is an amazing healer option providing Physical DMG increases, CRIT buffs and ATK SPD increases. He also pairs really well with Furina but other Cryo supports such as Rosaria and Shenhe provide Cryo particles as well as additional buffs to increase your DPS.

4.2.

Hyperbloom Eula

Hyperbloom teams are less common with Eula but is her most popular team when not playing around Superconduct. Using Nahida, Xingqiu and Kuki Shinobu to facilitate Hyperbloom reactions while Eula focuses on dealing additional damage on-field. This can help against enemies which resist certain Elemental DMG types with Physical providing additional coverage.

Unlock Ascension Passive Explanation
With Character Aristocratic Introspection When Eula crafts Character Talent Materials, she has a 10% chance to receive double the product.

4th Ascension Wellspring of War-Lust When Glacial Illumination is cast, the CD of Icetide Vortex is reset and Eula gains 1 stack of Grimheart.

Eula requires a range of materials to ascend to the 6th ascension. Starting from the second ascension they gain additional CRIT DMG as she levels, giving a total of 38.4% Bonus CRIT DMG at the final ascension. The total cost to upgrade all ascensions is:
