Bennett has 2 main builds. A Pure Support build with simply focuses on Bennett's ATK buff and healing while the Burst Support build removes potential excess healing to increase his damage.

In a Pure Support build, Bennett simply wants a high base ATK weapon, HP and Energy Recharge. This is because the damage buff from Fantastic Voyage only scales off of his base attack and the base attack of his weapon and therefore you do not need to build ATK substats.
Bennett's best artifact set is Noblesse Oblige or Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City depending on the buff that the party needs more. Build Noblesse for a 20% ATK buff and build Scroll for a 12% Elemental DMG bonus.
Bennett only needs his Elemental Burst leveled as a support but it doesn't hurt to level his skill a little.

In a Burst Support build, you want to aim to increase Bennett's damage contribution instead of his healing. High base ATK weapons are still useful in this build because you want to max out the ATK buff of Bennett's Elemental Burst.
The main difference in this build is using offensive artifacts on Bennett, but if you find that your team is struggling with survivability then i would advise swapping to the other build.
Bennett's Energy Recharge Requirements
The exact amount of Energy Recharge for Bennett depends on your party composition, any weapons that generate Energy Recharge as well as how often you use Passion Overload between Bursts.

You can build around 10-15% less energy recharge for each Favonius proc.
Combos and How to Play Bennett
Bennett is an incredibly easy character to play, simply tap his Elemental Skill, Passion Overload, to gain energy and then set his Elemental Burst to buff and heal your party. Passion Overload is also great to break Cryo shields due to its low cooldown.
You do need to consider the placement of his Elemental Burst, Fantastic Voyage. Once placed, the effects of Fantastic Voyage will only apply while inside of the AoE so position accordingly.
Bennett's Best Team Comps
Bennett is incredibly versatile and able to be a huge upgrade in any team with ATK scaling characters. Due to how versatile Bennett is, it often becomes a question of what team compositions does Bennett not fit into especially because he fits the role of both a healer and a buffer.
On top of this, Bennett has even more Synergy with Pyro characters because he supplies energy, creates a Pyro Resonance and also grants a Pyro DMG bonus for Swords, Claymores and Polearms at C6.

Bennet's Constellations
Grand Expectation, C1, is the best constellation for Bennett due to it removing the restrictions of their kit and additionally providing more of a damage buff. Other constellations are helpful, but no where near as useful.
Is Bennett's C6 Worth It?
Fire Ventures with Me is a divisive Constellation in the community. On one hand, the infusion or damage can be useful to your party and on the other hand, it can ruin physical builds or replace the infusion of a character. For the majority of characters, it does not matter or their physical build would be weaker than other builds anyway. Many infusions can not be replaced either.
