Mists of Pandaria Classic Feral Druid Stat Priority

The stat priority for Feral Druid is as follows:

1. Agility
2. Hit Rating to cap (7.5%)
3. Expertise Rating to Dodge cap (7.5%)
4. Mastery
5. Critical Strike
6. Haste

Agility is the primary stat you should be focusing on for increasing your damage. Because of how items are configured in Mists of Pandaria, you will naturally gain Agility as you equip higher item level gear.

Hit and Expertise are critical to ensure you land your attacks and special abilities, as missing attacks wastes both resources and precious time.

Hitting 7.5% Hit ensures your attacks cannot miss, 7.5% Expertise ensures your attacks cannot be dodged, and 15% Expertise removes parries, but removing dodges is enough as you should be attacking from behind and parries can only attack when attacking from the front.

Feral Mastery is Mastery: Razor Claws, which increases your Bleed damage. As most of your damage comes from various bleeds, this is one of the best DPS stats for Feral.

Critical Strikes deal double damage, increasing your damage significantly, and also add extra combo points through Primal Fury. Unfortunately, increasing your critical strike chance by 1% requires a huge amount of rating, lowering its overall effectiveness.

Haste rating is the lowest stat for DPSing, but still decent enough that it is not very far behind the rest. It will mostly increase your auto-attack damage over time and also Energy regeneration, allowing for a faster rotation.
