Aurelia Guide & Best Builds

Welcome to our Aurelia build guide for Neverness to Everness. Aurelia is an A-Rank Plasma Character available in Neverness to Everness who utilizes the Psyche element.

In our Aurelia guide, we'll cover everything you need to know to get the most out of her, from building the best gear and weapons, to important skill priorities and combos.

Aurelia's Best Arcs

Stellar Veil (M1) 100%
ATK - 512
ATK - 27.5%

Aqua Astra

Increases the wearer's Psyche DMG by 12%. Increases Crit DMG dealt by 2% for 5s when dealing Psyche DMG, up to 10 stacks. Triggers at most once every 0.1s.
Stellar Veil is a great Arc choice for Aurelia, providing her with a strong base ATK and ATK % substat. Aurelia as a Psyche Esper is able to take full advantage of the Arc Effect boosting her Psyche DMG and her CRIT DMG.
Ready-Ready (M1) 100%
ATK - 570
CRIT Rate - 24%

Commander Tiger Talisman

Increases ATK by 15%.
Increases Basic Attack and Critical Riposte damage by 15% for 15s when casting a Redirect Skill or Ultimate, up to 2 stacks.
Grants a Left Tiger Talisman when casting Redirect Skill and a Right Tiger Talisman when casting Ultimate.
Unlocks Commander Tiger Talisman if the wearer obtains the other type of talisman within 15s of gaining one.
Arc: Commander Tiger Talisman — Increases the wearer's damage to Bosses by 10% for 10s.
Ready-Ready is an alternative option for Aurelia, providing her with a stronger base attack than other Arcs, as well as a CRIT Rate substat. The Arc Effect additionally provides an ATK% increase passively, although it is lower than most other Arc Effects. This is made up for by the effect also granting Base Attack and Critical Riposte damage increases, and when obtaining both of these buffs, you also deal additional damage against bosses. A well-rounded package!
Voice of the Voyager (M1) 100%
ATK - 570
CRIT Rate - 24%

Golden Record

Increases ATK by 24%.
Increases the wearer's Support Skill Crit DMG by 66%. Dealing DMG with a triggered Support Skill increases their Ultimate Crit DMG by 22% for 3s, up to 3 stacks. Resets the duration when triggered again.
Voice of the Voyager is able to greatly increase her support skill and ultimate damage, as long as you can consistently trigger support skills with her. With a CRIT Rate Substat and high ATK Increase built in it is a very strong Arc for her damage even without the support skill and ultimate buff. However, it is not a big improvement over Stellar Veil.
Fluff of Fortitude (M1) 99%
ATK - 512
ATK - 27.5%

Jawbreaker's Candy

Increases the wearer's DMG by 22%. Increases this effect to 28% against enemies with HP below 50%.
Fluff of Fortitude is another good Arc providing her with good base ATK and ATK%. It also grants a strong general DMG boost, especially against low HP enemies.
Song of the Whale (M1) 97%
ATK - 512
ATK - 27.5%

Deep Blue Sorrow

Increases ATK by 12%.
Increases the wearer's damage to Broken enemies by 12%. Restores 30% HP to the wearer if a Broken enemy is defeated. Triggers at most once every 30s.
Song of the Whale is yet another good S rank option for Aurelia, providing her with the same Attack stats as Stellar Veil and Fluff of Fortitude. On top of even more passive ATK from the Arc effect, this one also grants an extra DMG increase against broken enemies. This makes it a team dependent Arc, as the increased damage and HP restoration relies on consistently staggering enemies. This requires Aurelia to be on a team that can more easily break Enemies, which basically requires Daffodill.

Best Console Setups for Aurelia

Aurelia's Console bonus is a 10% ATK bonus for every Type III Module.

Devil's Blood: Curse

2-piece: Epic (2): Psyche DMG +10%.
4-piece: Legendary (4): Increases wearer's DMG by 18%. The bonus becomes 36% against units affected by Nova or Stain.
Aurelia's best cartridge provides her with a Psyche damage increase and a strong general damage increase, especially when ran with a team that can trigger Nova or Stain. It is generally recommended to run her with the full set effect, as the bonus damage is better than fitting more Type III Modules for extra ATK%. When running the full set she can fit 2 extra Type III and 1 extra Type II. Listed below is an example console setup for her with the full setup and maximum ATK% bonus.

Qualifying Modules: 5
2-piece: Epic (2): Psyche DMG +10%.
4-piece: Legendary (4): Increases wearer's DMG by 18%. The bonus becomes 36% against units affected by Nova or Stain.
Cartridge Mainstat Priority: CRIT Rate > ATK%> Psyche DMG% > CRIT DMG
Substat Priority: CRIT > ATK% > Universal Damage% > Flat ATK

Aurelia is an Attack scaling Esper that also benefits greatly from CRIT. CRIT Rate is the recommend Mainstat, as it will help her CRIT consistently with her attacks, especially when running a CRIT Arc as well. If CRIT Rate is not available, ATK% or Psyche DMG% is recommended over CRIT DMG, as it will be harder for her to gain enough CRIT Rate through substats alone.

Aurelia's Skill Priority

Basic Attack > Ultimate > Skill = Support Skill

Aurelia's main source of damage comes from her different Basic Attacks and should be prioritized. Her Ultimate is her next biggest damage contributor, with her Skill and Support Skill being her last priorities. While her Skill does buff part of her Basic Attack, this buff does not increase or scale with higher skill levels.

Aurelia's Awakening Priority

If you have one or multiple copies of a character, you will be able to select Awakenings of your choosing. The following is a recommendation of what order to generally select for Aurelia's Awakenings.

Awakening Unlock Order Explanation
A6: Bygone Fugue Her first priority for her Awakening should be her A6 as it doubles the maximum stacks and damage increase provided by the Crescendo Passive Skill.
A1: Futuristic Prelude Aurelia's next best Awakening to unlock is her A1. The direct CRIT Rate increase helps her damage while in the Cadenza State, and will allow you to reach very high CRIT Rates much easier.
A2: Unique Melody The third recommended Awakening for Aurelia is her A2. This Awakening provides Aurelia with an additional and very reliable way to enter the Cadenza State. This pairs well with her A1 as it helps her have the CRIT Rate increase active more often in fights, especially against aggressive enemies that you can Critical Dodge for very high uptimes.
A5: Simple Melody Aurelia's fourth recommended Awakening is Simple Melody, providing her with a CRIT rate increase to her Ultimate. The CRIT Rate of this Awakening stacks with the one provided by her A1, for a whopping 30% CRIT!
A3: Trio Rest Trio Rest should be her next recommended unlock. This Awakening improves her Ultimate damage during Cadenza, and works particularly well if she has her A1 and A3 for their CRIT Rate to further increase the Ultimate damage. With her A2, you will also always be able to meet the conditional of this Awakening with just a Critical Dodge.
A4: Staff Gap Her A4 is Aurelia's last recommended Awakening. While it does help her survivability it does not help with her damage.

How to Play Aurelia

Aurelia's playstyle as on on-field DPS is straightforward. She simply wants to use her special held Basic Attack and Ultimate for the majority of her damage, and her skill is used to buff herself.

When starting off her rotation, you want to use her Skill which puts her in the Cadenza state, enhancing her Jellyfish Blast attacks. Immediately after you should hold dodge while moving and start her auto Basic Attack. This will begin firing her Jellyfish Blasts as long as she keeps moving and has the Stamina for it.

Stamina is a very important resource for her as the held dodge basic attack continuously drains it as she moves; running out of Stamina will stop her attacks. Additionally, dodging enemy attacks requires Stamina, so running out leaves her more vulnerable for a time.

Her Ultimate can be used any time during her rotation, though it should be saved for when she is in the Credenza state, especially if you have her A3 and A1 Awakenings unlocked. In addition to the damage it does, her Ultimate is able to draw in smaller enemies, making it very useful for crowd control and helping her take advantage of the AoE damage the Jellyfish Blasts inflicts in the Credenza state.
