Estella Guide and Best Builds
Estella Guide & Best Builds
Welcome to our Estella build guide for Arknights: Endfield. Estella is a 4-star Polearm Guard Character available in Arknights: Endfield who utilizes the Cryo element.
In our Estella guide, we'll cover everything you need to know to get the most out of your Estella, from building the best Gear and Weapons, to important stat priorities and combos.
Estella's Best Weapons

Estella's Best Essences
Essences are one of the repeatedly farmable ways to further boost the weapon effects of your Estella. Which area and essence to farm will depend on the weapon you are playing, as not all Essences are compatible with every weapon. Essences will increase the stats of your weapon, as well as enhance the passive effect it provides.
- JET: Main Attribute, Attack Boost, and Suppression, farmable in The Hub, Originium Science Park, and Yinglung Pass.
- OBJ Razorhorn: Will, Physical DMG Boost, and Infliction, farmable in Originium Science Park, Origin Lodespring, Power Plateau, Marker Stone, Yinglung Pass, and North Wuling Exclusion Zone.
- Aggeloslayer: Will, Arts Dmg Boost, and Suppression, farmable in The Hub, Originium Science Park, Qingbo Stockade, Yinglung Pass, and North Wuling Exclusion Zone.
Essences further upgrade through a system called Etching, which is a long-term investment due to how much Sanity it takes to fully max out a weapon. Therefore, if you plan on getting a signature weapon in the near future, you may want to farm and Etch Essences, even if you do not have the weapon yet. A simple +1/+1/+1 Essence for a temporary weapon like Aggeloslayer is good enough until you can get your hands on Estella's OBJ Razorhorn or JET from the Arsenal Exchange through direct purchase or draws.

Leveling Gear for Estella
While the above gear set is the optimal choice, it might take you some time before you will be able to craft it. Below are some of the more early and mid-game sets that we recommend until you've reached the pinnacle of craftsmanship.
Aburrey's Legacy
- Body: Catastrophe Off-piece — Strength, Will, HP %
- Gloves: Aburrey's Legacy Set — Strength, Will, Attack %
- Kit 1: Aburrey's Legacy Set — Strength, Will, Attack %

Estella's Skill Priority
We want to prioritize Estella's Ultimate first, which quickly gains a high damage multiplier, as well as additional stagger and cooldown from leveling it. Secondly, we will be choosing between either Basic Attack or her Combo skill. Either is good as they both offer fantastic bonuses for investment, with the Basic Attack being worth more if you play her as your Controlled Operator. Lastly, we end with her battle skill which gains the least compared to the other abilities.
How to Play Estella
Despite being a Cryo character, a majority of Estella's kit revolves around Physical damage, Physical susceptibility, and lifting enemies. She is tailor-made to flourish on Shatter-based teams, along side characters like Alesh, Last Rite, and Snowshine who will make good use of her Cryo Inflictions.
Her big value lies in her Combo Skill, which applies Physical Susceptibility to targets that are solidified, so try to not Shatter your enemy before Estella gets this skill off, so that your Shatter gets to benefit from the additional damage amplification.
