Xaihi Guide & Best Builds

Welcome to our Xaihi build guide for Arknights: Endfield. Xaihi is a 5-star Arts Unit Supporter Character available in Arknights: Endfield who utilizes the Cryo element.

In our Xaihi guide, we'll cover everything you need to know to get the most out of your Xaihi, from building the best Gear and Weapons, to important stat priorities and combos.

Xaihi's Best Weapons

Freedom to Proselytize
  • Will Boost [M] +124.0 (9/9)
  • Treatment Efficiency Boost [M] +37.14% (9/9)

Medicant: Redemption of Faith:
Main Attribute +14%. When the wielder's battle skill provides HP treatment, the controlled operator is restored for another [168 + Will×1.4] HP. Effect only triggers once every 15s.
Freedom to Proselytize is Xaihi's signature weapon, greatly boosting her raw output by increasing her Main attributes and healing, with an additional HP treatment effect for the Controlled Operator. While it is a purely defensive option, the extra healing can be very nice on Operators that want to take damage on purpose, or are more vulnerable to taking damage due to long animations or always being in melee.
Detonation Unit
  • Main Attribute Boost [L] +132.0 (9/9)
  • Arts Intensity Boost [L] +78.0 (9/9)

Detonate: Imposing Champion:
Secondary Attribute +16%. When the wielder applies an Arts Burst, target enemy suffers Arts DMG Taken +14.4% for 15s. Effects of the same name cannot stack.
A DPS Support option for Xaihi. This weapon will help scale her Intellect to boost the Cryo Amp and Nature Amp effects from her Stack Overflow Ultimate. Furthermore, when she hits Cryo Burst with her combo skill, she'll apply an Arts DMG Taken debuff to the target.
Stanza of Memorials
  • Intellect Boost [M] +124.0 (9/9)
  • ATK Boost [M] +31.2% (9/9)

Twilight: Lustrous Pyre:
Max HP +28%. When the wielder casts an ultimate, operators whose elements differ from the wielder gain ATK +22.4% for 20s. Effects of the same name cannot stack.
Another DPS Support option for Xaihi. Similar to the Detonation Unit, it provides boosts to her Cryo Amp and Nature Amp effects via main-stat scaling, while also granting operators of other elements an ATK bonus. This is a worthwhile option when slotting her into teams with element-focused DPS teams other than Cryo.
Chivalric Virtues
  • Will Boost [L] +156.0 (9/9)
  • HP Boost [L] +78.0% (9/9)

Medicant: Blight Fervor:
Treatment Efficiency +16%. After the wielder's skill provides HP treatment, the entire team gains ATK +14.4% for 15s. Effects of the same name cannot stack.
Chivalric Virtues increases HP Treatment (Healing) Efficiency, and grants the entire team an Attack% bonus whenever they restore HP. This is a perfect choice for a supportive character like Xaihi, acting as not just a sustain, but also helping boost the team's damage output.

A purely defensive option, but the extra healing can be very nice on Operators that want to take damage on purpose, or are more vulnerably to taking damage due to long animations or always being in melee.
Fluorescent Roc
  • Intellect Boost [M] +124.0 (9/9)
  • Ultimate Gain Efficiency Boost [M] +37.14% (9/9)

Inspiring: Back to the Broken City:
ATK +14%. Arts Intensity +70.
For a 4 Star Option, Fluorescent Roc will work well. The fact is though that with the availability of 5 Star options, this weapon should only ever really be used in a leveling situation and replaced with something better as soon as possible.

Xaihi's Best Essences

Essences are one of the repeatedly farmable ways to further boost the weapon effects of your Xaihi. Which area and essence you will want to farm will depend on the weapon you are playing, as not all Essences are compatible with every weapon. Essences will increase the stats of your weapon, as well as enhance the passive effect it provides.

  • Freedom to Proselytize: Will, Treatment Efficiency Boost, and Medicant, farmable in Power Plateau, Wuling City, Qingbo Stockade, Sword Vault Dale, and North Wuling Exclusion Zone.
  • Detonation Unit: Main Attribute, Arts Intensity Boost, and Detonate, farmable in The Hub, Origin Lodespring, Qingbo Stockade, Sword Vault Dale, and Yinglung Pass.
  • Stanza of Memorials: Intellect, Attack Boost, and Twilight, farmable in Wuling City, and Marker Stone.
  • Chivalric Virtues: Will, HP Boost, and Medicant, farmable in Power Plateau, Wuling City, Qingbo Stockade, Sword Vault Dale, and North Wuling Exclusion Zone.
  • Fluorescent Roc: Will, Attack Boost, and Suppression, farmable in The Hub, Originium Science Park, and Yinglung Pass.

Essences can be further upgraded through a system called Etching which will be a long-term investment due to how much Sanity it takes to fully max out a weapon. You may therefore want to farm and Etch Essences for a signature weapon already if you plan on getting it in the near-future, even if you do not have the weapon yet. A simple +1/+1/+1 Essence for a temporary weapon like Fluorescent Roc will be good enough until you can get your hands on Chivalric Virtues or Freedom to Proselytize.

Best Gear for Xaihi

LYNX
3-piece set effect: Wearer's HP Treatment Efficiency +20%. After the wearer gives HP treatment to an allied target, that target also gains 15% DMG Reduction against all types of DMG for 10s. If the said treatment exceeds the target's Max HP, the target gains 30% DMG Reduction against all types of DMG. The aforementioned effects cannot stack.
The LYNX set bonus grants the wearer a sizeable HP Treatment Efficiency boost. Additionally, when overhealing by restoring more HP than the character was missing, she provides a sizable damage mitigation effect to them. Even when the HP Treatment doesn't restore the Operator beyond their maximum health, the damage reduction is still effective at half value. To maximize the benefits of this set, it should be run with the LYNX Cuirass Chest and two LYNX Slab Kits, maximizing the HP Treatment bonus. The Eternal Xiranite Wraps can be used as an offpiece for its Ultimate Gain Efficiency and perfect Main/Secondary attributes.
Eternal Xiranite
3-piece set effect: Wearer's HP +1000. After the wearer applies Amp, Protected, Susceptibility, or Weakened, other teammates gain DMG Dealt +16% for 15s. This effect cannot stack.
This option is a little different from the last build. Xaihi's battle skill applies an Arts Amp effect to the Controlled Operator, and a team-wide Cryo and Nature amp to the entire team with her Ultimate. In order to maximize this Amplification effect, equipping the Eternal Xiranite set is the play. The purpose of this build is to stack the Intellect stat, scaling the efficacy of her damage her Cryo Amp and Nature Amp effects, while still having some Ultimate Gain Efficiency.

Leveling Gear for Xaihi

While the above gear set is the optimal choice, it might take you some time before you will be able to craft it. Below is a more early and mid-game set that we recommend until you've reached the pinnacle of craftsmanship.

Mordvolt Resistant
3-piece set effect: Wearer's Will +50. When the wearer's HP is below 50%, Treatment Effect +30%.
Xaihi is a Wil-Int character, so in terms of leveling she has access to the Mordvolt Resistant Blue Set early on which boosts her Treatment effect and is a good early game choice. Further in the game with purple sets she access to the Catastrophe set as well, which grants Ultimate Efficiency Gain and instant SP recovery when entering battle.

Xaihi's Skill Priority

Skill Priority: Distributed DoS > Stress Testing = Stack Overflow > Cooldown

From our experience, Xaihi is best played as a support unit that’s applying HP Treatment (Healing) and Cryo Infliction as often as possible. To this end we want to start with her Battle Skill Distributed DoS, which boosts her Arts Amp and Treatment scaling values. Next we go either with her Combo Skill or her Ultimate, both are good, and both work fine. Her Combo skill only gains additional damage multiplier, but it has a low cooldown and will be used very often. Meanwhile for utility, her Ultimate offers both Cryo and Nature base Amp increases, as well as scaling the maximum amp possible.

How to Play Xaihi

Xaihi is a Cryo Support Operator who specializes in HP Treatment (Healing) and can apply Cryo Infliction. Her Battle Skill Distributed DoS is central to her playstyle, summoning an Auxiliary Crystal that orbits the controlled operator. The crystal restores the Operator's HP when a Final Strike is performed on an, and triggering this effect at max HP grants an Arts Amp instead of restoring HP. After an Auxiliary Crystal has used up its HP Treatment charges, Xaihi can trigger her Combo Skill Stress Testing to launch the Crystal at enemies, dealing Cryo damage and Cryo Infliction.

This loop makes up a majority of Xaihi's gameplay, but in addition to the utility of the HP Treatment and Cryo Infliction, she also has the ability to Amplify Nature and Cryo damage through her Ultimate. The size of the Amp scales with Xaihi's Intellect stat. A very simple yet effective Battle Skill > Combo Skill > Ultimate rotation allows her to not only grant HP Treatment very reliably, but also majorly boost the Controlled Operator's Arts damage and the entire team's Cryo and nature damage. Truly a perfect Support.
