Welcome to our Snowshine build guide for Arknights: Endfield. Snowshine is a 5-star Great Sword Defender Character available in Arknights: Endfield who utilizes the Cryo element.

In our Snowshine guide, we'll cover everything you need to know to get the most out of your Snowshine, from building the best Gear and Weapons, to important stat priorities and combos.

Snowshine's Best Weapons

Finishing Call

• Strength +124 (9/9)
• HP +62.4% (9/9)

Medicant: Glory of Knighthood (9/9):
Secondary Attribute +14%.
Combo skill HP treatment effect +56%.

Thunderberge

• Strength +156 (9/9)
• HP +78% (9/9)

Medicant: Eye of Talos (4/9):
Shield applied +38.4%.
After the wielder's combo skill provides HP treatment, the controlled operator gains an additional [11.2%×Wielder's Max HP] Shield for 15s.
Effect only triggers once every 15s.

Industry 0.1

• Strength +93 (9/9)
• Attack +23.4% (9/9)

Suppression: Emergency Boost (9/9):
When the wielder's battle skill hits the enemy, the wielder gains ATK +33.6% for 20s.
Effects of the same name cannot stack.

Snowshine's Best Essences

Essences are one of the repeatedly farmable ways to further boost the damage of your Snowshine. Which area and essence you will want to farm will depend on the weapon you are playing, as not all Essences are compatible with every weapon. Essences will increase the stats of your weapon, as well as enhance the passive effect it provides.

• Finishing Call: Strength, HP Boost, and Medicant, farmable in Power Plateau, and Wuling City.
• Thunderberge: Strength, HP Boost, and Medicant, farmable in Power Plateau, and Wuling City
• Industry 0.1: Strength, Attack Boost, and Suppression, farmable in The Hub and Originium Science Park.

Essences can be further upgraded through a system called Etching which will be a long-term investment due to how much Sanity it takes to fully max out a weapon. You may therefore want to farm and Etch Essences for a signature weapon already if you plan on getting it in the near-future, even if you do not have the weapon yet. A simple +1/+1/+1 Essence for a temporary weapon like Industry 0.1 will be good enough until you can level up the free Finishing Call all players were given or get your hands on the Thunderberge from the Aresenal Exchange through direct purchase or draws.

Best Gear for Snowshine

LYNX

3-piece set effect: Wearer's HP Treatment Efficiency +20%.
After the wearer gives HP treatment to an allied target, that target also gains 15% DMG Reduction against all types of DMG for 10s. If the said treatment exceeds the target's Max HP, the target gains 30% DMG Reduction against all types of DMG. The aforementioned effects cannot stack.

Leveling Gear for Snowshine

While the above gear set is the optimal choice, it might take you some time before you will be able to craft it. Below are some of the more early and mid-game sets that we recommend until you've reached the pinnacle of craftsmanship.

Armored MSGR

3-piece set effect: Wearer's Strength +50.
When the wearer's HP is below 50%, the wearer gains 30% DMG Reduction against all types of DMG.

Snowshine's Skill Priority

Snowshine's Combo Skill is the highest priority, as it is the source of her HP Treatment (Healing) she can provide, which scales quite heavily with levels. Following that, her Ultimate Frigid Snowfield takes priority due to its boosts to both explosion damage and the Damage over Time. Following these two skills, you can invest more into her Basic Attack and Skill, which offers the lowest benefit of her abilities, although the multiplier scaling is quite large - but she is typically not played as a DPS.

How to Play Snowshine

Snowshine is a great all round operator that has access to a lot of really good verbs in her kit. She has the ability to act as a battery generating SP through her battle skill while also inflicting Cryo infliction, as well as acting as an emergency sustain and buffer with HP Treatment and damage resist granted through her Combo Skill with the right build. She can even apply solidification Solo with her ultimate. how she’s played changes with what teams she’s used in and which role you want her to fill.
