Sandrone's Stat Priority
ATK% is usually better than Elemental Mastery on the Sands and Goblet. The exact difference will depend on how many ATK and Elemental Mastery buffs Sandrone gets in your team, but it will usually be close enough to use Elemental Mastery if you have better substats on it. However, it is not advised to use Elemental Mastery on both the Sands or Goblet, just one or the other if at all. CRIT is always best for the Circlet.
Energy Recharge should be focused in the substats until you have enough to use Sandrone's Elemental Burst every rotation, then focus on CRIT. ATK% and Elemental Mastery substats are good as well, at a lower priority.
Recommended Stats for Sandrone
Build recommendations assume a "decently built" level of artifact rolls alongside Tidal Shadow. Using other weapons may increase or decrease certain stats relative to these recommendations.
Stats reflected are before factoring in buffs from the team and Sandone's weapon and Artifact 4pc set effect, or Cryo Resonance. These are the stats you would see on the stat screen before performing your rotation. Her CRIT Rate in practice will be higher than this thanks to the set bonus and Cryo Resonance.
Sandrone's Talent Priority
Most of Sandrone's damage comes from her Charged Attack, so the Normal Attack talent should be prioritized. The Elemental Burst also deals a lot of damage and should be leveled next. Her Elemental Skill is the lowest portion of her damage - it should still be leveled, but doesn't need to be maxed out.
How to Play Sandrone
Sandrone's playstyle focuses around using her Charged Attack, which will last around 4 seconds. She will then cast her Elemental Skill, allowing the Charged Attack to be performed again. She will repeat this two or three times, then cast her Elemental Burst. The Elemental Burst deals more damage than a Charged Attack while taking less time to perform, and is worth building Energy Recharge to use every rotation.
Sandrone's Best Constellations
Sandrone's C6 and C4 are her strongest Constellations overall, while C2 is her strongest early Constellation. None of the Constellations prior to C6 are a particularly massive increase, but most are still good. C1 and C5 are underwhelming and not advised stopping points.
