Mists of Pandaria Classic Restoration Druid Leveling
On this page, you will find our level-by-level Restoration Druid leveling guide for WoW Mists of Pandaria Classic.
Restoration Druid Leveling Guide
Restoration is not recommended for solo leveling as it is much
slower at killing enemies than the other specializations. If you want to level as
Restoration, we suggest playing almost entirely in dungeons as a
healer. If you are interested in the fastest solo leveling experience with a caster
playstyle, check out our
Balance Druid Leveling
Guide.
Talents

In Mists of Pandaria, talent trees were revamped to become much simpler. Very few talents will be massively impactful in your leveling experience, but some can increase movement speed as well as damage output, allowing you to kill enemies faster and progress through quests or dungeons at a faster pace. Key recommended talents will be broken down below:
Displacer Beast m‐ Blinks you forward and grants large movement speed.
Incarnation m‐ Shapeshifs you intoa tree, granting you increased healing, and alters your spells slightly.
Ursol's Vortex m‐ Drops a vortex that slows enemies and will grip them back into the center after they leave.
Heart of the Wild m‐ Grants you 6% intellect at all times and grants additional bonuses depending on your specialization when used.
Nature's Vigil m‐ Increases all damage and healing done by 12% for 30 seconds, while causing single-target healing spells to damage enemies, while damaging spells will heal allies.
>Leveling Glyphs
In your Major Glyphs we recommend Glyph of Efflorescence, and causes Efflorescence to be triggered by
Wild Mushroom
rather than by
Swiftmend, which makes this significantly easier to keep active.
Glyph of Blooming can be helpful when
playing in a small group setting, but will require more
Lifebloom casts. Beyond this, other glyphs will not largely impact
leveling speed.
Glyph of Regrowth,
Glyph of Healing Touch, and even
Glyph of Wild Growth could be useful.
Minor glyphs will not increase your leveling speed, but Glyph of the Sprouting Mushroom will allow you to place
Wild Mushroom anywhere on the ground rather than having to place it under a target, providing a great quality
of life bonus.
Leveling Rotation
The leveling rotation for Restortion Druid will be fairly simple. You will want to keep Wild Mushroom down at all times
to heal through
Efflorescence, this also gives you the ability to cast
Wild Mushroom: Bloom when large AoE healing is needed.
In addition, you can cast
Wild Growth as much as possible when multiple party members need healing. Beyond this, you should aid
to maintain
Lifebloom on the tank and use
Rejuvenation to help you heal party members.
