On this page, we list the best enchants, flasks, potions, and food you can get for your Holy Paladin in Mists of Pandaria Classic for PvE content.
Best Enchants, Gems and Consumables for Holy Paladin
Cataclysm is a relatively straight forward expansion when it comes to Enchants
Gems and Consumables, but each of them is extremely important to maximizing your healing
out put and survivability in any situation; this is especially true in
Raids and Dungeons. Below is a list of the optimal consumables and enchants to help you get the
most out of your Holy Paladin.

Gems
When deciding on gems, keep in mind that your best gem choice can change depending on your current set of stats. Having too much or too little haste for example can result in you making changes to your gems. In general you should always consult QuestionablyEpic to help you make the most accurate decisions.
Meta gems provide the largest bonus, and while you will eventually use Courageous Primal Diamond,
in the mean time you can use
Burning Primal Diamond to provide you with the highest throughput increase.
If you find yourself extremely close to a haste breakpoint, you could opt for
Reckless Vermilion Onyx.

Consumables
Below is a list of the recommended consumables, while spirit choices exist, you will almost always prefer the Intellect options as they will provide you the biggest increase to your output.
Food
Food buffs come in three different levels of stats: 250, 275, and 300. While you will generally prefer to obtain your food buff through feasts, we will still list the choices below:
- 300 Intellect:
Mogu Fish Stew,
Spiced Blossom Soup, or
Pandaren Treasure Noodle Soup
- 275 Intellect:
Braised Turtle,
Deluxe Noodle Soup,
Banquet of the Pot,
Great Banquet of the Pot
- 250 Intellect:
Swirling Mist Soup or
Noodle Soup.
Flasks and Potions
Use the Intellect flask below, as it is by far the best option available.
Flask of the Warm Sun
You have two potion choices while in combat, both providing you with mana returns.
Potion of Focus — Channel for 10 seconds, restoring Mana every second. Does not break on damage taken, but does break on movement or spell cast. Use this if you can afford to not heal for 10 seconds as they give the most Mana, overall.
Master Mana Potion — Use this if you are unable to use
Potion of Concentration on fights without downtime.
