What is Battle Trial: Glory in Zenless Zone Zero?

Battle Trial: Glory, also known as Endless Tower Glory is another Simulated Battle Trial, similar to the Original Endless Tower. This tasks players with making up through a series of floors, defeating enemies of increasing difficulty.

Stages and Technique Rank Inside of The Endless Tower Glory

Endless Tower Glory is different than the Base Simulated Battle Trial. You will progress through different phases, each containing 10 floors. Before entering combat, you will also have to pick one out of three modifiers: those will give you a buff, but also possibly a negative side effect.

Additionally, a Technique Rank system is available inside of Battle Trial: Glory. This rank increases through using the correct skills to counter enemies, dealing damage and so on. Think of it like the points system inside of Deadly Assault.

These technique points rank from lowest to highest with Candescent, Bedazzling, Awespiring and Supernova. With your battle rank for the floor being tied to Technique Score.

Who Is The Best Character to use for Endless Tower: Glory?

Endless Tower: The Last Stand is a high difficulty endgame content, that requires you to have high damage and high survivability. Picking Agents with elements that match the weaknesses of the current floor is important. Additionally Agents such as Caesar King or Seth Lowell will be worth using due to their shielding.

Take advantage of the Enemies' weakness and resistance when you select your team. If you do not have a specific element, you can still complete the stage!

Choose the right buffs for your team, for example a sheer buff with Yixuan.

Floors 1-10 Best Team Compositions

Listed below are our team recommendations for the Endless Tower Glory mode. However feel free to use which agents you have available.

DPS Stun Support
Yixuan Pan Yinhu Ju Fufu
Hoshimi Miyabi Vivian Ukinami Yuzuha
Hugo Vlad Lighter Von Lycaon

The main threat through these stages is the boss at floor 10. The main mechanic you need to worry about is their Miasma Pools which end up being placed on the ground after targeting you. Once the red AoE is on your Agent, place it above the Miasma Pools to clear them. Be sure to dodge the explosion at the same time!

Additionally, the boss will later on appear in the center of the arena with a large red AoE which you need to get out of asap!

Floors 11-15 Best Team Compositions

Floor 10 serves as a checkpoint allowing you to recuperate after those initial battles. At this point you also gain access to more slots to place more Agents in, granting you additional flexibility.

Floor 15 is also the final source of Polychromes and is therefore a viable stopping point if you do not aim to go higher.

DPS Stun Support
Evelyn Chevalier Lighter Astra Yao
Yixuan Pan Yinhu Ju Fufu
Jane Doe Vivian Ukinami Yuzuha

The main thing you need to worry about with the floor 15 boss is their Miasma Shield. The best ways to get rid of this shield are using Dodge Counters, Defensive Assists and Ultimates which all deal bonus damage to Miasma shields. The enemy cannot be stunned during but anomaly build-up does still take place.

Advice For Floor 15 Onwards

Progressing beyond floor 15 can be great to gain additional non-Polychrome rewards such as the titles. As things start to get difficult and you gain the ability to use more Agents, it is best to tailor your teams around the weaknesses and resistances of enemies. As taking even a little damage can be rough for your teams, some sustain is useful or simply planning your teams around the enemies you find most annoying.
