A new Warlock spell, Treachery, has been revealed.

The reveal was made by Spaziogames.it on YouTube.

The ability to give minions to your opponent is an exciting one, and has been shown to be incredibly powerful in other card games. The versatility of such an ability should not be underestimated. You can force opponents to draw cards with Acolyte of Pain, lose their board with Doomsayer, or take a heap of damage with Bittertide Hydra. While it remains to be seen how this card ends up being used, it will be one to keep an eye on through its entire existence in Standard, and will be an ongoing threat for combo orientated decks in Wild.

This expansion seems to have added several unusual cards to Warlock, and it will be interesting to see if any new archetypes are created because of them.

For a full list of previously revealed cards, as well as all of the information about the new expansion, check out our Knights of the Frozen Throne expansion hub.

Could be used with Doomsayer similar to how mages use frost nova.    Still lets the opponent drop more creatures after this goes off, but on the upside any deathrattle creations will still be sleeping.

Doomsayer + Treachery is a 5 mana board wipe only 1 mana over Equality Pyromancer.

Ofc Warlock have Twisting Nether and Doom that are much more card efficient but this replaces the old Sylvanas + Shadowflame that stardard have lost so it might be useful since it gives warlock a wipe available at turn 5

Other than doomsayer there isn't much good stuff to give to your opponent, Bomb Squad can be used as lethal 5 damage to face but cost is too high to just deal 5 damage, Ticking abomination is just a much worse Doomsayer, Bittertide Hydra + a board of 1/1s require to have such baord before dropping the hydra and usually nobody leaves such boards in play.

It will be played with Doomsayer in control decks for sure in others there is no value, such in discard warlock you can't play combos because you discard the pieces.

Still waiting for a card that resurrect warlock in standard ... Antique Healbot > Reno Jackson > Give us the long waited hero heal in this set??? Hoping in the Hero card for some kind of heal effect

Now I am just waiting for a Majordomo Executus OTK deck to pop up in wild. An interesting card, but there aren't enough cards to make it good enough to see play in strong decks.

The latest Hearthstone community contribution allows you to train the skills needed to master Combo Priest: quick thinking, fast mouse movements, strategic decisions and on-the-spot calculations. What's more to ask?!
Combo or OTK or APM Priest is a reiteration of Combo and Vivid Nightmare Priest that was born with The Boomsday Project thanks to two cards: Topsy Turvy and Test Subject. Dog is credited as the creator and true master of the deck:
Many have subsequently tried and failed to pilot the deck, which can require almost 100 moves during the 75 seconds of a single turn. Pro players like Trump and Thijs have hilariously failed, while others like Disguised Toast and Kolento kept trying until they got the hang of it.
Right now, you might be dreading that you don't have the IQ to play this deck. Fear no more: everything can be practiced and Patashu has made the tool for it! Combo Priest Simulator allows you to practice the OTK combo on your browser, while also timing you. You can change the parameters of the starting gamestate, too.
In all seriousness, the deck's winrate is below average and it's honestly too much trouble for too little gain. Then again, slamming your opponent's face for 100+ damage is quite satisfactory. It would be awesome if someone was brave enough to bring this deck at a tournament: it would be the casters' nightmare!
Apart from Combo Priest Simulator, we have a guide for Topsy Turvy OTK Priest here on Icy Veins; the guide breaks down the necessary steps of the combo in a useful priority list. Alternatively, you can listen to Aleco trying to explain how the deck works to Patrick (and actually succeeding) in the latest Icy Veins Podcast!
