Kujou Sara's Stat Priority
Kujou Sara will usually need an Energy Recharge Sands to use her Elemental Burst every rotations, so it should be used most of the time. However, if your team doesn't need her Elemental Burst every rotation, Attack can be used instead. Energy Recharge should also be prioritized on the substats until she has enough, then CRIT and ATK% for her personal damage.
Recommended Stats for Kujou Sara
Build recommendations assume a "decently built" level of artifact rolls alongside Chain Breaker. Using other weapons may increase or decrease certain stats relative to these recommendations.
Stats shown reflect what you would see on the stat screen, before any buffs from Kujou Sara or her team, Artifact set 4pc effect, or weapon effect.
Kujou Sara's Talent Priority
Kujou Sara's Attack buff scales off her Elemental Skill talent, so it should be prioritized. Most of her damage comes from her Elemental Burst, so it should be leveled next. Her Normal Attack talent is not a meaningful part of her damage, and can be left at level 6, or not leveled at all.
How to Play Kujou Sara
Kujou Sara's playstyle involves using a combination of her Elemental Skill, Charged Attack, and Elemental Burst, to provide great Attack and CRIT DMG buffs to Electro characters. Ideally, she will cast her Skill, then perform a Charged Attack, which will be sped up by the Skill. She will then cast her Elemental Burst, which will receive her own buff from the Skill, and swap to your main Electro, who will then benefit from her buffs.
If your Electro can swap freely, instead of casting all three of Sara's Elemental Skill, Charged Attack, and Elemental Burst together, you can space them out through the rotation, so that your main DPS can get better buff uptime.
Kujou Sara's Best Constellations
Kujou Sara's C6 is her strongest Constellation by far, allowing her to provide 60 CRIT DMG to Electro damage, making her buffing a lot higher. Without this Constellation, she is generally much worse than alternative Electro support characters, such as Fischl and Iansan.
