Phase 5 Pre-raid BiS
The Tier 16 2-set bonus is a must and should replace your Tier 15 4-set as
soon as possible. 
Purified Bindings of Immerseus is your best trinket and
should always be equipped once you obtain it; your second trinket slot has a few
options depending on the fight and your game-play style. 
Black Blood of Y'Shaarj
is your best second trinket, but requires much more attentive game-play whenever
the trinket procs, requiring you to refresh your DoTs at the end of the proc buff
for maximum damage. 
Kardris' Toxic Totem is a close second trinket and
provides a passive buff, making it much much easier to play around rather than
needing to manage a buff. Lastly, 
Frenzied Crystal of Rage can be swapped
in on pure AoE fights, providing a large boost to your AoE damage on multiple
targets.
