Iroi's Best Team Compositions & Character Synergies

Welcome to our Iroi team composition guide and character synergies overview for Neverness to Everness. In this guide, we'll explore the best teams to build for Iroi, including recommended characters, character synergies and team compositions to help Iroi reach their full potential.

Best Pairings and Synergies With Iroi

Iroi is an Anima Esper filling the role of a healer and buffer. She does well when paired with Cosmos or Incantation Espers for the different Esper Cycle Reactions, with her herself enhancing the Blossom Cycle effect. Iroi also does well in a charge team if you pair her with a Cosmos and a Lakshana Esper

Listed below are some of the notable Espers that work well with Iroi. This is not an exhaustive list, as she can work well in most teams she can cause reactions with.

Shinku
Shinku

Shinku is an Cosmos Esper, allowing for the Blossom Esper Cycle reaction when paired with Iroi. As a on-field DPS Esper that wants to rampage against her enemies, Shinku will benefit greatly from Iroi's Healing and damage buffs. Shinku also allows all characters to gain charge reaction in a Charge team ( Cosmos + Anima + Lakshana), instead of only the on field character, which can help Iroi use her Ultimate more often, making her Healing or Ultimate damage more consistent.

Nanally
Nanally

Nanally is an Anima Esper, so while they do not trigger reactions when paired together, they both provide Blossom Enhancements. All they need is a Cosmos Esper to trigger reactions. As Nanally is a main DPS esper she's able to be on field while Iroi stays as a support.

Zero
Zero

Zero is a Cosmos Esper that functions largely off field, but works great for creating reactions with Iroi. Having Zero on the team allows Blossom to be triggered very consistently, as Zero's Skill instantly fills the Cycle gauge for a quick swap to spawn another Blossom. Additionally, Iroi's support skill heals the whole team, relieving Zero of the duty of healing with their Cycle Enhancement.

Baicang
Baicang

Baicang is an Incantation Esper, allowing for the Hexed Esper Cycle reaction when paired with Iroi. Baicang builds up power words as he fights, which drains his own HP. While he is able to restore HP with his ultimate if he builds Bless power words, having Iroi with him means that he doesn't need to worry about his own healing and can focus on building the more damaging power words, while Iroi will keep him alive.

Sakiri
Sakiri

Sakiri is another Incantation Esper, allowing for the Hexed Esper Cycle reaction. Sakiri also provides team-wide ATK buffs, which will buff both Iroi's damage and healing. Sakiri also provides enemy grouping with her Skill, which can help keep enemies inside Iroi's Dream of the Ivory Gate damage area, Iroi's Ultimate.

Iroi's Best Teams

Listed below are a range of team compositions we recommend you use with Iroi. The inclusion or exclusion of any given team does not necessarily reflect their overall power level.

A charge Esper Cycle Reaction team. Iroi provides the blossom, and keeps the team alive with healing.
A team focusing on improving Nanally's dmg with Sakiri and Iroi, as well as allowing both Anima based reactions.
A team centered around Baicang as the DPS. Iroi helps him not have to worry about his HP as he builds his power words, and you can trigger Hexed reactions with Iroi as well.
