Skia's Best Team Compositions & Character Synergies

Welcome to our Skia team composition guide and character synergies overview for Neverness to Everness. In this guide, we'll explore the best teams to build for Skia, including recommended characters, character synergies and team compositions to help Skia reach their full potential.

Early Launch Disclaimer Much of the information on this page is based on the last Co-Ex Beta test server, and some characters were changed or have been buffed or nerfed since then. Once the game officially launches on April 29th, we will be updating this page frequently with the newest findings and information!

Best Pairings and Synergies With Skia

Skia is a Lakshana Esper whose damage profile is built around his Fang Thrust Skill. His support skill Suppression allows him to inflicts an additional Remora stack when Fang Thrust locks onto a target in a Remora state. As a result, he works well with Cosmos characters to double the benefit of Remora, and can be used alongside Anima characters for a full Charge Esper Cycle reaction.

Zero
Zero

Zero is a Cosmos Esper who can trigger Remora reactions with Skia. Zero is a Sub DPS who can do a decent amount of burst damage from off-field, only needing to be switched in once in a while for their Ultimate, which will greatly aid in triggering Remora reactions. Additionally, Zero's support skill Appraiser will heal the active character for 50% of Zero's Base ATK when the active character gains Ultimate energy if you build up to a full Charge Esper reaction.

Iroi
Iroi

Iroi is an Anima Esper that, when paired with Skia and a Cosmos Esper, is able to trigger the Charge reaction. As a support she provides both heals to Skia and boosts his damage output, on top of her potent Blossom Enhancement.

Chaos
Chaos

Chaos is a Lakshana Esper like Skia meaning that while they can't trigger reactions together, they both benefit from each other's Remora Enhancement Effects. As both characters can utilize the Street Boxer cartridge in their console, having a second Lakshana Esper allows them both to keep the CRIT Rate increase more consistently as well.

Mint
Mint

Mint is an Anima Esper able to trigger the Blossom Esper Cycle effect when paired with a Cosmos character. While this does not directly affect Skia, it is the foundation for the triple-element Charge Esper Cycle reaction, which will help fuel a character's Ultimates. That character can easily be Skia, if you want to play him as more of a main DPS, but it will require any Anima Esper, with Mint being the free-to-play one!

Hotori
Hotori

Hotori is another Cosmos Esper who can trigger Remora reactions with Skia. Hotori also records Redirect Skill and Support Skills used by her allies, up to three, which allows Skia's Redirect Skill to be repeated during her Ultimate for additional damage.

Fadia
Fadia

Fadia is a Psyche Esper who can trigger Stain reactions with Skia. Fadia can do high burst damage, and her support skills improve survivability.

Skia's Best Teams

Listed below are a range of team compositions we recommend you use with Skia. The inclusion or exclusion of any given team does not necessarily reflect their overall power level.

A very free-to-play friendly option, with all characters being A-Ranks or the Main character, focusing on generating the Charge Esper Cycle to fuel additional Ultimate casts.
A premium Charge team with Skia as the on-field DPS, supported by Iroi, and both Hotori and Zero working as sub DPS
