Hathor Guide & Best Builds

Welcome to our Hathor build guide for Neverness to Everness. Hathor is an S-Rank Plasma Character available in Neverness to Everness who utilises the Lakshana element.

In our Hathor guide, we'll cover everything you need to know to get the most out of her, from building the best gear and weapons, to important skill priorities and combos.

Hathor's Best Arcs

Raging Flames M1
ATK - 666
CRIT DMG - 24%

Headless Rider

Increases Lakshana DMG by 15%.
Increases the wearer's Redirect Skill and Ultimate DMG by 10% for 10s after casting Ultimate. Increases the wearer’s Redirect Skill DMG by 5% per cast while active, up to 2 stacks.
Raging Flames is the most powerful Arc for Hathor. It passively increases her Lakshana damage, as well as her CRIT DMG, while providing a sizeable ATK bonus. Additionally, because her Ultimate and Redirect Skill are high priority, the bonus to these abilities is very beneficial too.
Fluff of Fortitude M1
ATK - 512
ATK - 27.5%

Jawbreaker's Candy

Increases the wearer's DMG by 22%. Increases this effect to 28% against enemies with HP below 50%.
Fluff of Fortitude is a great Arc for Hathor. This Arc increases her damage significantly, and provides a further bonus while the enemy is within execute range. Because this is a universal damage multiplier, with a conditional that you will meet exactly half the time, there's no way to go wrong with this option. There is also some added benefit as bosses tend to have a harder Phase 2 that triggers at 50% HP.
Oraora! M5
ATK - 395
ATK - 37.5%

Ora Puncher

Increases the wearer's Basic Attack DMG by 2% for 10s after each Basic Attack, up to 10 stacks. Each stack lasts independently.
Oraora! is the only viable A-rank Arc for Hathor, but it's not really ideal due to focusing on buffing Basic Attacks, so try and grab one of the S-rank options above as soon as you can.

Best Console Setups for Hathor

Hathor's Console bonus is a 10% ATK bonus for every Type III Module.

4-piece: Legendary (4): Increases Crit Chance by 14%. Team triggering Remora or Stain increases the bonus to 14% for 20s.
Street Boxer is the best Cartridge option for Hathor. This increases her Lakshana DMG and also provides a passive CRIT Chance bonus that doubles when the team triggers Remora or Stain, which should happen regularly with Hathor in your team. Shown below is an example build setup for her maximum bonus.

Hathor's Stat Priority

Cartridge Mainstat Priority: Lakshana Damage > Crit Damage > Crit Rate > ATK%
Substat Priority: CRIT Rate > Crit DMG > Universal Damage > ATK% > ATK+

Hathor's Skill Priority

Skill > Ultimate > Basic Attack > Support Skill

Hathor's kit is built around managing her stacks of Express Delivery Power and then spending these stacks after using her Ultimate with an enhanced Skill. When she uses her Ultimate, Aerial Command upgrades to Cyclone Strike and increases her ATK and movement speed based on how many Express Delivery Power stacks she has.

Hathor's Awakening Priority

If you have one or multiple copies of a character, you will be able to select Awakenings of your choosing. The following is a recommendation for Nanally's Awakening unlock order. Remember that you can switch them at any time to try out different ones, or tailor your choices for a specific fight or situation.

Awakening Unlock Order Explanation
Thorn Dominion
(A2)
The first recommended Awakening for Hathor is her A2. This makes her stacks of Express Delivery Power build more naturally and smoothes out her rotation. If you regularly notice yourself overcapping stacks, you can forego this Awakening for another one.
Elite Courier
(A1)
Her second recommended Awakening is her A1. This makes it so that Hathor can enter combat in a readied state, and lets her activate her Ultimate with far less setup. In most scenarios, this might be the preferred Awakening, unless you can perfectly make use of the additional stacks from her A2.
Daily Life Walkthrough
(A6)
Her third recommended Awakening is her A6. This significantly improves the burst damage potential of Hathor after she has used her Ultimate, granting her 30% CRIT DMG.
Regular Sandwich
(A5)
Her fourth recommended Awakening is her A5. This bonus lasts as long as combat is active and with her A1, you can start combat with 6 stacks. It further incentivises the setup window, and against bosses this Awakening gains a lot of value if you can benefit from the 15% damage buff for a long period of time.
Engine Resonance
(A4)
Her fifth recommended Awakening is her A4. The stacking increased CRIT Chance of Cyclone Strike will further improve the burst damage she deals through her skill after using her Ultimate, but some of the CRIT Rate might be wasted if you overcap CRIT after your gearing choices.
Lost Wings
(A3)
The last Awakening for Hathor is her A3. This improves her mobbing potential, increasing her damage against non-boss enemies.

How to Play Hathor

Hathor's playstyle is oriented around building stacks of Express Delivery Power with her skill and then entering her Ultimate, where she can spend those stacks by charging up her Skill again. She has very strong AOE damage within her Ultimate, but once you leave the enhanced state of her Ultimate her damage drops off quite hard. You will want to use her skill as frequently as possible, especially within her Ultimate, while trying to time counters with it as well.

The biggest issue with her charged Skill attack, is that the animation properly you forward a little, leading to the final hit being quite far away from where you started. You can not re-direct your aim once it starts, and bosses can move out of position quite often while you charge it up. Keep this in mind when utilizing things like crowd control or boss downtimes, to ensure you get the most damage out of Hathor!
