Ember has precious little flexibility in purpose. She provides great Damage Mitigation utility, but with the way this game works, nearly all sources of incoming damage can be skill-checked.

Rather, the true secret sauce for Ember lies in her Combo Skill, which will freely apply Vulnerable stacks in exchange for taking hits. Physical Strikers will apprciate getting the occasional free Vulnerable.

Endministrator, as a pseudo-Striker, will definitely make use of Ember's free Vulnerable stacks with the Crush of his Battle Skill.

While a Vanguard in truth, Pogranichnik also likes to greedily consume Vulnerable stacks. Each Vulnerable stack passively acquired from Ember's Combo Skill will level Pogranichnik use his Battle Skill for Breach.

Da Pan certainly enjoys any free Vulnerable stacks he can get, with his Combo Skill greedily requiring four entire stacks to hit his Crush.
