Endministrator is your main character, and while playable MCs in other games tend to only be useful as a starter character, the Endministrator is no slouch when it comes to its usability even as you venture closer to the endgame of Arknights: Endfield. As a Physical character, they provide lots of crowd-control opportunities, disabling enemies and helping the rest of the team unleash their deadliest combos. The Endministrator also pairs well with the other Free Operators you can acquire as you start your journey on Talos II, so you can quickly acquire a tailor-made team to tackle all the early content with.

Best Pairings and Synergies With Endministrator

Alesh is one of the best characters at applying Solidification in the game. If you want to play around Shatter, Alesh and the Endmin are a match made in Shatter-heaven. Alesh is able to forcibly apply Solidification, and can also act as an SP battery using his battle skill. His combo skill is one of the few that can trigger via the Originium Crystals effect, making him a best in slot pairing option for the Endministrator

Lifeng is a Physical Guard Operator who uses Polearm's and has the ability to apply Knockdown to enemies, as well as applying Physical Susceptibility to enemies without any Vulnerable stacks. Consequently Lifeng is a perfect fit for a mono-Physical team comps, which the Endministrator will always be a staple in as well. Build up to high Vulnerable stacks, consume them with another Operator, and Lifeng is the best choice to rebuild them quickly while also adding the aforementioned Physical Susceptibility to the mix.

Chen Qianyu is adept at applying Vulnerable stacks which will enable the Endmin to apply Crush more frequently. Her Battle Skill lifts up enemies, giving an SP-free stack of Vulnerable. This Physical application combo makes Chen one of the best Vulnerability appliers in the entire game, and makes her another staple in Physical and Shatter team compositions.
