The 8th and Newest Class in Diablo 2 Resurrected: Reign of the Warlock. A Caster, Summoner, and Melee fighter the new Warlock has a build for every player.

What Is a Warlock?

Warlocks are users of dark fire and magic spells. They are male witches who gain power through pacts with demons. In Diablo 2 they are great for casting, melee, and summoning.

The Demon tree allows the Warlock to summons Demons or Bind demons he comes across to join his army. The Eldritch tree contans a variety of ways for the Warlock to tank up and become a melee fighter. Mirror your weapon, shield yourself, and Hex your enemies. The Chaos tree contains both Fire and Magic paths, as well as Sigils to alter enemy states when they enter.

What Is the Best Warlock Build?

All Warlock builds are fairly powerful. Currently the top 4 builds are Echoing Strike Hex Purge, Magic, Fire, and Blood Boil.

Is the Warlock a Good Class for Beginners?

Yes! All of the trees are quite powerful and summoners are usually one of the best starter characters for someone new to the game.

What are the Special characteristics unique to the Warlock class?

The Warlock has the ability to wield 2-handed weapons in one hand while using a book in their other hand. This provides a lot of combinations never before seen in Diablo 2. These books can possess Warlock skills. Look out for these and Daggers for great Runeword bases.
