Blizzard is adding teleports to Shadowfang Keep for both Horde and Alliance in Wrath Classic, for the Love is in the Air event. The NPCs are the ones in faction capitals for the event.

We’ve had enough of traveling to Shadowfang Keep.
With a hotfix that will go live to all realms soon, Inspector Snip Snagglebolt and Detective Snap Snagglebolt will begin offering free Shadowfang Keep teleports to Alliance and Horde players respectively.
Just talk to them to get underway.

It seems some of the new 6/12 month-related rewards have made their way to Wrath Classic, as players reported flying around on the new Auspicious Arborwyrm mount and getting pets! The mount was also reported to be bugged out and invisible at times. Blizzard have now responded that they are posting a fix for the bug that caused this.

We’re deploying a fix for this that will remove the mount from anywhere it doesn’t belong.

From the fires of destruction, a new Azeroth arises. Following Deathwing the Destroyer's cataclysmic entrance, which left a festering wound across Azeroth, heroes are called once again to experience a dramatically reforged Azeroth and defend it from utter devastation.
Players can tackle this milestone expansion again with new quality-of-life changes, including a faster content cadence, improved leveling experience, expanded Collections UI, and more!
Access to Cataclysm Classic will be included with a World of Warcraft Subscription or Game Time. A cache of amenities awaits those who pursue the Blazing Epic Upgrade, including a Level 80 Character Boost, Ragnaros-inspired mount, Lil'Wrathion pet, and more!
      Upgrade Today!
*Available on or before 31 August 2024. Requires World of Warcraft Subscription or Game Time.

Tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. PST, we intend to open the Public Test Realm for a few days of Ruby Sanctum testing.
Please have a look inside the raid, and if you come across any bugs, please report them using the in-game bug reporter (default hotkey: F6).

Blizzard announced the timing of the Icecrown Citadel buff to make things easier for players. It will start on December 5th/6th, and as expected Hellscream's Warsong for Horde and Strength of Wrynn for Alliance will start at 5% and ramp up by 5 every two weeks.
      ICC (Source)
We plan to initialize the power increase in Icecrown Citadel on 6 December.
It will start as a 5% buff, and it will increase by 5% every two weeks until it reaches the max of 30%.
As a reminder-- the buff is optional. Any player can always choose to remove it from themselves.
