Normal Attack

Performs up to 3 consecutive sword strikes.

Charged Attack

Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to leap forward and slam the ground, dealing Physical DMG to nearby opponents.

When Valeriy has at least 40 Impact Momentum, he will consume all Impact Momentum to instead perform the special Charged Attack Direct-Fire Mortar: Point-Blank Bombardment.

Plunging Attack

Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Valeriy raises his shield cannon and charges forward, dealing AoE Electro DMG, gaining 40 Impact Momentum, and deploying a Supercharged Shield.

The Supercharged Shield's DMG Absorption scales with Valeriy's ATK, and has 250% absorption efficiency against Electro DMG.

Deals AoE Electro DMG to nearby opponents and fires a Thunderburst Shell high into the air. The Thunderburst Shell disperses into a barrage of projectiles that rain down, dealing AoE Electro DMG to nearby opponents.

Valeriy gains 5 Impact Momentum whenever a nearby active character in the party hits an opponent with an attack whose Elemental Type is Electro while the Thunderburst Shells from his Elemental Burst Focused Fire: Lightning Salvo are falling. He can gain up to 80 Impact Momentum in this way after each use of his Elemental Burst.

Offensive Directive is enhanced based on the amount of Impact Momentum consumed when performing his special Charged Attack Direct-Fire Mortar: Point-Blank Bombardment. Each point consumed further increases the DMG granted by Offensive Directive. If Valeriy is:

• In the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state: Each point of Impact Momentum consumed increases this DMG by an amount equal to 0.9% of Valeriy's ATK;
• Not in the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state: Each point of Impact Momentum consumed increases this DMG by an amount equal to 0.3% of Valeriy's ATK.

Gains 25% more rewards when dispatched on a Snezhnaya (not including Nod-Krai) Expedition for 20 hours.

Valeriy regenerates 6 Elemental Energy after using Enhanced Charged Attack:
Thunderclap. For every 10 Charge consumed beyond the first 40, he regenerates
an additional 1.5 Energy, up to 15 Energy. This can trigger once every 15s.
The first time Valeriy gains Charge through his Elemental Skill after entering
combat, the amount gained is increased by 150%.

All nearby party members gain 100 Elemental Mastery for 18s after Valeriy
uses his Elemental Skill. While his Electro Energy Shield is active, excess
Charge can also be converted into additional shield strength. Each point
increases shield absorption by 8% of Valeriy's ATK, up to 20 points.

Increases the Level of Valeriy's Normal Attack by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

Increases Valeriy's maximum Charge by 30 and increases the amount of Charge
gained from all sources by 30%.

Increases the Level of Valeriy's Elemental Skill
Offensive Defense: Fortress Advance by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

Enhanced Charged Attack: Thunderclap and Stormshell attacks deal 100%
increased DMG. Opponents hit take Electro DMG with 10% increased CRIT Rate
for 7s. If that Electro DMG is considered Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG,
its CRIT DMG is also increased by 40%.
