Cissia's Best Teams, Bangboo & Character Synergies
Welcome to our Cissia team composition guide for Zenless Zone Zero. In this guide, we'll explore the best teams to build for Cissia, including recommended Agents, character synergies, and Bangboo to help Cissia reach her full damage potential.
Best Pairings and Synergies With Cissia
Cissia is primarily going to be played as a sub-DPS alongside Electric or Physical DPS Agents, such as Attack Agents. Cissia provides Defense Ignore for Electric and Physical damage and increases all squad members' Crit DMG by 30% when the aforementioned Attributes are in the squad. Cissia serves a similar role to Orphie & Magus; however, her buffs are more general toward Attack Agents, and she does not consume energy or attack from off-field.
Cissia is likely to be one of Seed's best secondary Attack Agent partners. Cissia provides useful buffs for Seed, offering a large damage increase compared to Orphie & Magus, while also being able to consume large amounts of energy instantly from off-field, which helps restore Seed's Steel Charge resource. Cissia also matches Seed's Electric Attribute, which reduces friction against enemy resistances.
Cissia might have an interesting synergy with Ye Shunguang, with the potential to be a strong pairing. Ye Shunguang is usually played alongside either Sunna or Zhao, who activate Ether Veils and provide Sword Force Points to Ye Shunguang. The team's last slot usually goes to another Support Agent or a Stun Agent like Dialyn. Stun Agents aside from Dialyn are not always very useful to have with Ye Shunguang, and a second Support Agent can sometimes oversaturate attack buffs. This makes Cissia an interesting option, as she provides different buffs from other Agents—Defense Ignore and Crit DMG. It is also worth mentioning that Cissia can activate an Ether Veil through her Ultimate, providing extra Sword Force Points to Ye Shunguang.
With Electric or Physical Aftershock teams, such as with Soldier 0 Anby, Cissia should be a usable option, although not directly better than Orphie. Orphie deals Aftershock damage and increases Aftershock damage, granting her better synergy with Aftershock teams (which currently mostly consist of just Soldier 0 Anby).
With other Electric or Physical Attack Agents, Cissia can be used to provide buffs and deal damage as a sub-DPS alongside a Support or Stun Agent. Cissia's buffs in these teams are more unique than regular attack buffs granted by Support Agents, which can make her stand out in such compositions. While these teams have the potential to be strong, double Attack team comps may not always be better than regular Stun and Support comps. Double Attack comps are also generally harder to play, as some on-field time needs to be granted to the second Attack Agent.
Cissia's Best Teams
Listed below are a range of team compositions we recommend you use with Cissia. Her best teams however can depend both on what boss you are against as well as any buffs present. The inclusion or exclusion of any given team does not necessarily reflect their overall power.
