Odette's Best Teams & Character Synergies

Welcome to our Odette team composition guide and character synergies overview for Genshin Impact. In this guide, we'll explore the best teams to build for Odette, including recommended characters, character synergies, and team compositions to help Odette reach her full damage potential.

Best Pairings and Synergies With Odette

Odette enables and buffs the Stellar-Swirl and Stellar-Conduct reactions, while dealing damage of these reaction types herself from off-field. As such, she works best with Cryo, Electro, and Anemo characters, especially those capable of dealing or buffing these reaction damage types.

Sandrone Cyno Wriothesley
Stellar-Conduct DPS

These characters are powerful Stellar-Conduct DPS and benefit greatly from the support Odette provides. Cyno and Wriothesley especially benefit from her, as they cannot enable the Stellar-Conduct reaction on their own, so getting Odette for them is imperative. Sandrone can be a DPS for either Stellar-Conduct or Stellar-Swirl, but currently Stellar-Conduct is much stronger for her.

Alyosha
Alyosha

Alyosha is an incredible support for Stellar-Conduct teams, providing long-lasting Electro application, teamwide healing, and great buffs to the team's ATK%, Stellar-Conduct DMG%, and even Elemental Mastery at Constellation 6. However, without this C6, his buffing is much lower.

Yae Miko
Yae Miko

In Stellar-Conduct teams, Yae Miko is an extremely powerful support. She possesses some of the highest off-field damage capabilities in the entire game. Along with that, her Constellation 1 can be obtained for free via Temper Thy Fate, and gives her excellent teamwide 50% bonuses to Stellar-Conduct and Electro DMG. At Constellation 2, she will provide even more buffs, now giving 200 Elemental Mastery to herself and the active character.

Beidou
Beidou

While not as powerful as Yae Miko or a C6 Alyosha, a C6 Beidou is still a good option for your off-field Electro. At C6, she will provide 15% RES Shred to both elements, while also giving your active character 200 Elemental Mastery. She also provides good defensive utility via her buffs to damage reduction and interruption resistance, and even provides a small Shield via her C1.

Nicole
Nicole

Currently, all Stellar-Conduct DPS scale with ATK, so Nicole can do a good job of buffing, while Odette and Yae Miko will benefit from her buff from off-field as well. Some DPS will also greatly appreciate the Shield she provides.

Lohen
Lohen

Although Lohen can't deal Stellar-Conduct damage of his own, he has very fast Cryo application, so he is great at providing stacks for the reaction. He also benefits from the Cryo DMG Bonus provided by the reaction.

Chasca
Chasca

Chasca does not have a way to deal Stellar-Conduct damage herself, but she benefits from the Cryo and Electro DMG Bonuses provided by the reaction. If using Yae Miko, Chasca will also benefit from the 50% Electro DMG Bonus provided by her C1. Additionally, Chasca can hold Viridescent Venerer, providing RES Shred to a team that normally lacks it, while she herself will benefit from this RES Shred as well.

Eula Razor
Stellar-Conduct Physical DPS

Stellar-Conduct lowers enemies' Physical RES by 40%, so Physical DPS like Eula and Razor can utilize it well. For Eula, she'll also greatly appreciate the 5 Cryo particles Odette produces, and can also use Qiqi for 6 more. Razor will benefit from the Electro DMG Bonuses provided by the reaction, as well as Yae Miko.

Qiqi Diona
Cryo sustain units.

Both perform a similar role, serving as a source of healing and off-field Cryo application, while providing some good buffs to both Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl. A Constellation 6 Diona provides more buffing to your active character, but Qiqi's buffs apply to the whole team, so she will usually be better. However, Diona also provides a Shield, which some DPS will appreciate.

Sucrose
Sucrose

Sucrose is a strong support option for both Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl, as both teams will appreciate her Elemental Mastery buffs and the RES Shred from Viridescent Venerer. However, Anemo Stellar-Swirl damage will not benefit from this RES Shred, so Sucrose has a bit less value there.

Yumemizuki Mizuki
Yumemizuki Mizuki

With her new buffs, Yumemizuki Mizuki is now a powerful Stellar-Swirl DPS. However, she cannot enable the reaction on her own, so she greatly benefits from Odette.

Cryo Traveler
Cryo Traveler

Traveler is an excellent support in Stellar-Swirl teams, capable of dealing great Cryo Stellar-Swirl damage with their Elemental Burst and enhanced Charged Attack. Traveler also provides off-field Cryo application here and buffs to the active character's Elemental Mastery via C2 and the team's Stellar reaction DMG% via C6. Additionally, Traveler provides a 7% multiplicative buff to all Stellar reaction damage. All of this combined makes them one of the best supports you can use on a Stellar-Swirl team.

Faruzan
Faruzan

At C6, Faruzan is an incredible buffer for Anemo damage. The RES Shred and CRIT DMG% she provides will apply to Anemo Stellar-Swirl damage, so she is fantastic with a DPS like Yumemizuki Mizuki.

Varka
Varka

Although Varka does not have any direct Stellar-Swirl damage of his own, he can still be a good option alongside Cryo characters. His Pyro teams are currently much stronger, but this is a good alternative if Cryo is needed to deal with any specific boss mechanics.

Odette's Best Team Compositions

Listed below is a range of team compositions we recommend you use with Odette. Her best teams, however, can depend both on the boss you are facing and on how you have built her. The inclusion or exclusion of any given team does not necessarily reflect its overall power; for example, some F2P teams may also be present.
