Best Pairings and Synergies With Komano Manato
Manato's best team compositions require specific Rupture Support agents if you want to take advantage of his full damage potential. Due to being a Rupture Agent, most buffs outside of direct Sheer Force/DMG bonuses are not counted in their entirety, which makes Rupture specific supports more important.
Lucia is the best support for Rupture teams and the perfect teammate for Manato, providing increased HP, Sheer Force, CRIT DMG, and more. She is way ahead of other Supports when it comes to Rupture Agents.
Dialyn is effectively the best Stun option for Manato, since he takes full advantage of her stun extension because he wants to fit his EX and Ultimate inside a single stun window, and she can also provide him with additional free ultimates.
Bangboo in Komano Manato's Teams
Manato's best bangboo should be 
Miss Esme, which is the Spook Shack specific Bangboo.
If you do not play with Lucia, you will have to get it up to Level 3 (so multiple copies of it) in order to require only 1
Spook Shack Agent in your squad. Other than that, Bangboo such as 
Rocketboo or
Snap are viable as well. It really depends on your other teammates.
