Welcome to our Sunbringer build guide for Zenless Zone Zero. Sunbringer is a powerful Void Hunter S-Rank Genesis Flare who combines Eldreda, Lindverne, and Dracaene into a single Agent. In our guide, we'll cover everything you need to know to get the most out of your Sunbringer, from building the best Drive Discs and W-Engines to important stat priorities and combos.

Sunbringer's Best W-Engines

Listed below are some W-Engines likely to be useful for Sunbringer. As Sunbringer is not yet released, information regarding her kit is subject to change, and W-Engine recommendations are not final, so unfortunately our recommendations below are only speculative for now.

Sunbringer's Signature

CRIT Rate +20/22/24/26/28%. When the equipper uses an [EX Special Attack], the character gains [Enhance] for 25s. This effect is also gained immediately when the equipper enters combat, and repeated triggers reset the duration. While [Enhance] is active, the equipper's Fire DMG is increased by 22/25.3/28.6/31.9/35.2%, and their Fire Sharp DMG is increased by 10/11.5/13/14.5/16%.

Crimson Thirst

The equipper's CRIT Rate increases by 25/27.5/30/32.5/35%, and Electric DMG increases by 15/17.5/20/22.5/25%. When the equipper uses an EX Special Attack or triggers Maim, Electric Sharp DMG dealt increases by 10/11.5/13/14.5/16% for 40s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.

When the equipper's CRIT Rate exceeds 100/100/100/100/100%, each 1% of CRIT Rate above 100% increases DMG dealt by 0.48/0.56/0.64/0.72/0.8%, up to a maximum increase of 24/28/32/36/40%.

Candlelit Scheme

When using an EX Special Attack, the equipper's CRIT Rate is increased by 8/9.2/10.4/11.6/12.8% for 40s. The equipper deals 15/17.3/19.5/21.8/24% more DMG to enemies whose current HP is below 50% of their Max HP.

Best Drive Discs for Sunbringer

As Sunbringer is not yet released, information regarding her kit is subject to change, and Drive Disc recommendations are not final. Recommendations below are only speculative.

3.4 Armorer Set

2-Piece Set: DEF +16%.
4-Piece Set: Increases the equipper's CRIT Rate by 12%. When the equipper deals Fire Sharp DMG, it ignores 16% of the enemy's DEF.

Thorned Rose

2-Piece Set: DEF +16%
4-Piece Set: The equipper's DMG increases by 15%. When the equipper's initial DEF is at least 1,000/1,800, CRIT Rate increases by 8/16%.

Sunbringer's Stat Priority

As Sunbringer is an Armorer Agent, CRIT Rate is the most important stat to prioritize, and Armorer Agents use DEF instead of ATK for their damage scaling.

PEN may be of slightly less value on Sunbringer compared to other Armorer Agents, as Sunbringer has DEF ignore built into her Core Passive.

Sunbringer's Skill Priority

Sunbringer's most important skills to level are her Core Skill, to increase her DMG Buffs and Ember Scar Multiplier, followed by her Ultimate, EX Special Attack, and Basic Attacks which are all important to level. It is better to level Sunbringer's Defensive Assist as it will frequently be used over her dodge, which does not need to be leveled.
