Enigma is one of the two body armor Runewords which grant +2 to All skills, and the only item in the game that grants the Teleport skill. Regardless of what build you play, if you want to quickly move to distant locations, teleporting is by far the quickest way to do so. In addition, the Runeword also has +45% Faster Run and Walk, which is also very useful for both Javazons and Bowazons. Enigma also provides 1% Magic find per level, making it the best Amazon body armors for magic finding.

Fortitude is the best Runeword choice for Physical damage dealing Amazons, such as the Physical Bowazon and the Physical Spearzon.
