Jane Doe Best Team Compositions and Character Synergies

Remielle Dan has it all. She's an incredible support, giving out more ATK bonus than Jane's alternative supports like Ukinami Yuzuha, while also occasionally coming in to nuke the enemy for extra DPS. Remielle is simultaneously providing more buffs than all other Support options, and contributing significant damage to the team as well, making her a great partner for any team, including Jane.

Ukinami Yuzuha is one of Jane's best Support. She is an amazing Anomaly support, offering a huge ATK buff, as well as an increase to the Anomaly Buildup Rate, Anomaly DMG, and Disorder DMG. While Yuzuha is getting outclassed in triple Anomaly teams by Remielle Dan, Yuzuha will outperform Remielle in teams that include Nangong Yu, or in double support compositions.

Alice Thymefield works great in a Jane team, transforming Jane into more of a Sub-DPS role. While this team is one of Jane's strongest, it will see significant drop off without proper investment. If you have Ukinami Yuzuha and Jane's Adapt to the Environment, they will both provide a huge increase to the team's damage.

Nangong Yu is an incredibly Anomaly focused Stunner. She deals amazing Daze allowing for more Stun windows, does decent damage in her own right, and provides incredible buffs. She is a staple in all Anomaly teams for her versatility.

Burnice White and Vivian are both great Sub-DPS options for Jane. While Vivian will usually out-perform Burnice White, Burnice is still a good option regardless. Jane's CRIT Assaults translate to Ablooms and lead to the Ablooms effectively also dealing critical damage when Physical Anomaly is applied.

Velina is a great option for Jane teams. Because Vortex damage scales off your Anomaly damage. Jane's CRIT Assaults mean Vortex's procs will effectively also deal critical damage.
