Sigrid Guide and Best Builds
Sigrid Guide & Best Builds
Welcome to our Sigrid build guide for Zenless Zone Zero. Sigrid is a powerful S-Rank Ice Attack Agent who is designed to be an On-field Main DPS. In our guide, we will cover everything you need to know to get the most out of your Sigrid, from building the best Drive Discs and W-Engines to important stat priorities and combos.
Sigrid's kit is currently based on beta information and remains subject to change before release, so Sigrid's build options may change over time.
Sigrid's Best W-Engines
Listed below are Sigrid's best W-Engines. While W-Engines are listed in a priority order, what is best for your Sigrid can vary slightly depending on your team composition.
Sigrid's Signature
Using any of the above skills refreshes the duration of [CRIT DMG Buff];
While at 3 stacks of [CRIT DMG Buff], gain [Frost Rend]: Ice DMG dealt is increased by 20%, and ignore 10% of the target's Ice RES.

Sigrid's Stat Priority
Sigrid obtains up to 66% CRIT Rate from her Core Passive, so you can easily prioritise CRIT DMG as main stat on her Disc 4.
Sigrid's Skill Priority
Sigrid's Core is the most important skill for her because of its additional CRIT Rate, and the rest of her kit revolves around the Core Passive's Draw mechanic.
How to Play Sigrid
Sigrid is an Ice Attack Agent focused on managing her Sky Patrol Stance and building up powerful Holster (Gun Retractation) attacks through Suppressed Stance. Whenever she lands a Draw, such as her EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, Ultimate, Dodge Counter, or the fourth hit of her Basic Attack combo, she enters Sky Patrol Stance, gains a Holster opportunity, and increases her CRIT Rate.
When she is in the Sky Patrol Stance, hold Basic Attack to activate Suppressed Stance and perform Holster. Each use advances through its three stages, with Stage 3 acting as Sigrid's main finisher. After the third Holster attack, Sky Patrol Stance ends, the sequence resets, and the next cycle starts from Stage 1.
To keep Sky Patrol Stance active, Sigrid has to refresh it with different Draws. The Draw that most recently refreshed Sky Patrol Stance becomes temporarily inactive, preventing it from refreshing the stance again until after Holster lands. This means you should rotate between different Draws to maintain Sky Patrol Stance, continue progressing through the Holster stages, and take advantage of the reduced Energy cost on EX Special Attack when the stance is active.
Sigrid performs especially well against Stunned enemies. Her Chain Attack grants Temper stacks that increase Holster damage, and when used against a Dazed Elite or Boss enemy for the first time during a Stun window, it activates Formation Break. During Formation Break, Sky Patrol Stance no longer loses duration, allowing Sigrid to perform Holster Stages 1 through 3 before returning to her previous progression.
In combat, your goal is to enter Sky Patrol Stance as often as possible, rotate between different Draws to keep it active, progress through the three Holster stages, and save your strongest sequence for Stun windows whenever possible.
To summarise, the rotation looks like this:
- Use a Draw to enter Sky Patrol Stance, usually with EX Special Attack
- Hold Basic Attack to perform Holster Stage 1
- Use a different Draw to refresh Sky Patrol Stance
- Hold Basic Attack to perform Holster Stage 2
- Use another available Draw to refresh Sky Patrol Stance again
- Hold Basic Attack to perform Holster Stage 3
Sigrid's Best Mindscapes
Sigrid's best Mindscapes to invest in would be her M1, M2, and M6. Her M1 is a good stopping point if you do not want to invest too much, granting 25% ATK after the third Gun Retraction attack.
Sigrid's M2 allows the Ice DMG from her Draw and Holster attacks to ignore 24% of the target's DEF and extends the duration of Sky Patrol Stance. Her M6 adds 400%, 500%, and 600% additional DMG to the first, second, and third Holster hits respectively.
If you have to choose between her M1 and her W-Engine, we recommend you go for the W-Engine first because it currently has a lot more value than just her M1.
