What are Occult Records in Occult Crescent?

Occult Records are informative notes that contain information and lore about characters, locations, and enemies encountered during the story of the Occult Crescent. As of patch 7.55, there are 60 of these to collect, spread between quests, The South Horn, The Forked Tower: Blood, The North Horn, The Forked Tower: Magic, and the storyline for the content.

How do I Obtain Occult Records?

The tables below lists all Occult Records currently able to be obtained, as well as their type and method. The first table lists all Occult Records available in The South Horn and The Forked Tower: Blood, while the second table lists all Occult Records available in The North Horn and The Forked Tower: Magic. Both tables also include maps that show the locations of all Occult Records that can be obtained from FATEs, Critical Engagements, or in the field.
