Floor 4 Chamber 1
There first wave is the continuous wave, with a total of 20 enemies, consisting of Hydro Slime, Large Hydro Slime, Hilichurl Fighter, Cryo Hilichurl Shooter, and a single Hydro Abyss Mage. Aside from using Anemo Crowd Control to gather the enemies in one spot, you can also take advantage of the Electro-Charged buff as the AoE ranged of this attack will be increased by 100% (from the Ley Line Disorder buff). Once the Cryo Hilichurl Shooter, go to their spot and the other enemies will follow you there.
The second wave only have three enemies; 2 Large Hydro Slimes and a Hydro Abyss Mage. These three spawn near each other, so you can just go towards the Hydro Abyss Mage and the other Slimes will go towards you.
Floor 4 Chamber 2
This is the Monolith Defense challenge, and you need to protect the Monolith to have at least 60% HP to obtain full stars. The enemies you will face here in the first wave come in a continuous one wave featuring Hydro Slime, Hilichurl Fighter, Cryo Hilichurl Shooter, Hilichurl Berserker, Blazing Axe Mitachurl, and Hydro Abyss Mage. Because of the Electro-Charged's AoE being buffed, the best strategy here is to go to the Monolith and lure all the enemies here or us Anemo CC to gather them, and inflict Hydro and Electro to these enemies. This way, all enemies will get collateral damage while the Monolith will stay safe.
While in the second wave, there is only two enemies, the Blazing Axe Mitachurl and Hydro Abyss Mage. Fortunately, the Mitachurl will go after you right from the beginning, so you can attack the Hydro Abyss Mage to trigger the aggro. This way, both of them will focus on you afterwards rather than the Monolith.
Floor 4 Chamber 3
The last chamber features two waves. The first wave has Cryo Hilichurl Shooter, Hilichurl Fighters, Hydro Samachurl, and Blazing Axe Mitachurl. There are many variant of enemies here, and the first one you want to go after is Hydro Abyss Mage so he will not be able to create the Hydro rain AoE that will heal the enemies. The next one will be the Shooter as they are ranged attacker and will not chase after you. Only then should you attack the other enemies.
The second wave feature 2 Hydro Abyss Mages. These two spawn right next to each other so you can immediately go to their location and trigger Elemental Reaction to destroy their Hydro shield. Beware of their ability to create bubbles in the vicinity as it will trap your character inside it for a few seconds.
