Floor 6 Chamber 1

Spiral Abyss Floor 6 Chamber 1
2.1.

First Half

There is only one wave here, and it's a continuous wave consisting of Cryo Whopperflower, Large Cryo Slime, Electro Hilichurl Shooter, Hilichurl Fighter, and Cryo Slime. The enemies you should pay extra attention when they appear are Hilichurl Shooter and Cryo Whopperflower. The former is a range attacker and will not move from its spot, while the latter has the charging ability that once completed, it will deal continuous barrage attack to your active character. Enemies here are quite weak towards Pyro, so as long as you bring at least one Pyro character, you will be able to defeat them normally.

2.2.

Second Half

The second half of Chamber 1 is almost the same as of the first half, but with different elemental variant. There are Pyro Whopperflower, Large Pyro Slime, Anemo Samachurl, Cryo Hilichurl Shooter, Hilichurl Fighter, and Pyro Slime. Similar as before, focus on the Pyro Whopperflower and Hilichurl Shooter for the same reason. However, note that the Large Pyro Slime will deal an AoE explosion when they're dead if you did not douse them with Hydro to remove their ignite state.

Floor 6 Chamber 2

Spiral Abyss Floor 6 Chamber 2
3.1.

First Half

Although there is only one wave here, there are a total of 26 enemies and they will spawn continuously once you defeated the previous enemy. The good grace here is that the newly spawned enemies are most of the time will spawn nearby the previous one, so you won't have too much problem gathering them. Among all the enemies, go after all the Hilichurl Shooters, as all other Hilichurl mobs will gather nearby and take collateral damage.

The next one to be a problem is the Hydro Samachurl that has the ability to heal the enemies with its Hydro AoE rain (although it does inflict them with Wet status that makes it easier to trigger a Hydro-related Elemental Reaction. The enemies that can be regarded to be dealt the last are the Cryo Abyss Mage and the Mitachurls. Although their damage is higher than Hilichurls, their number is very small and you can dodge their incoming attack if you were to pay attention to their movement (unlike the sheer number of Hilichurls that will attack you at the same time).

3.2.

Second Half

Similar to the first half of Chamber 2, the continuous wave here also features multiple Samachurls, Hilichurl Shooters, and Slimes, but there is no Mitachurl or Abyss Mage. Nevertheless, the strategy stays the same where you should focus on the ranged attackers (Hilichurl Shooters and the Samachurls) compared to the melee attackers like the Slimes.

Floor 6 Chamber 3

Spiral Abyss Floor 6 Chamber 3
4.1.

First Half

The first wave here introduces you with Geo Samachurl, Electro Hilichurl Shooter, Cryo Hilichurl Shooter, and Rock Shield Hilichurl Guard. The Geo Samachurl will create 3 pillars to lift itself and the other Hilichurl Shooters so they will be out of your melee DPS range. The two best options here are to destroy the pillar with any Claymore attacks or Geo attacks, or use a Bow character's Aimed Shot to aim at the head of the Geo Samachurl to drop it from the pillar. Once it's down, you can focus on defeating it to remove the pillar and get the other two Hilichurl Shooters.

In the second wave, there is a single Stonehide Lawachurl. Lawachurl's attacks are quite predictable and you can dodge it easily, so this wave is much better than the previous wave in term of survivability. Make sure to include some attacks while dodging so you can chip its HP little by little.

4.2.

Second Half

Chamber 3 second half only has one continuous waves, spawning Pyro Abyss Mage and Large Pyro Slime. There are not too many variant of enemies in this stage, so you can just attack whoever spawns near you and going after the next one later. Just keep in mind that the last Pyro Abyss Mage spawning has a Smoldering Flames Debuff Abilities that will deal Pyro DMG per second to your character if you're inside its AoE (can be seen from the red circle underneath the Abyss Mage).
