Note that even though Balance Druids, Shadow Priests, and Elemental Shamans

healers for these items. Otherwise, it would be unfair, as healers will not roll
on items with Hit Rating (since they cannot benefit from them).
* Holy Paladins and Elemental/Restoration Shamans can also equip Shields.
Therefore, they should never be given priority on an Off-Hand Frill,
over Balance/Restoration Druids, Mages, Mistweaver Monks, Discipline/Holy Priest, and Warlocks.
