Restoration Druid Healing Vault of the Incarnates Raid Guide — Season 4
On this page, you will find tips, tricks, and strategies tailored to your Restoration Druid for each boss of the following raid: Vault of the Incarnates. All our content is updated for World of Warcraft — Season 4.
Introduction
On this page, you will find Restoration Druid-specific information to deal with each boss in the Vault of the Incarnates raid. Your talents and playstyle will not change with the acquisition of tier bonuses, assuming you had them from the previous season, because they are the same.
Talents
On pretty much every boss, you will use the spec linked below. At least the specialization part will remain unchanged. The class tree talents can vary depending on the utility, survivability, and damage requirements. You can easily import the talent tree below into the game with the following string:
- BkGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA0ikElWkIhUQiIFhWkEAAAAAAAAAAAAoAIJCCSAkESiUIplIAAAAAgIAAIC
Eranog
Recommended Talents:
- BkGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA0ikElWkIhUQiIFhWkEAAAAAAAAAAAAoAIJCCSAkESiUIplIAAAAAgIAAIC
Tips
- Use mobility to run through Army of Flame.
- Dispel Leaping Flames from other players as soon as possible.
- There are no specific points to use your cooldowns at. Just pop them as often as possible without wasting potential usage.
For more information, please refer to our Eranog guide.
Terros
Recommended Talents:
- BkGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA0ikElWkIhUQiIFhWkEAAAAAAAAAAAAoAIJCCSAkESiUIplIAAAAAgIAAIC
Tips
- Use Wild Charge to clear Infused Fallout from you by charging into a friendly player.
- Save all your burst for Seismic Assault since it is the hardest part of the encounter. This damage happens every 45 seconds, which lines up perfectly with Reforestation. You can sometimes use Tranquility to reset Flourish cooldown, and Flourish them back-to-back.
For more information, please refer to our Terros guide.
The Primal Council
Recommended Talents:
- BkGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA0ikElWkIhUQiIFhWkEAAAAAAAAAAAAoAIJCCSAkESiUIplIAAAAAgIAAIC
Tips
- Save Incarnation: Tree of Life and Flourish for Primal Blizzard casts since other healers will not be able to heal much during that time.
For more information, please refer to our The Primal Council guide.
Sennarth, the Cold Breath
Recommended Talents:
- BkGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA0ikElWkIhUQiIFhWkEAAAAAAAAAAAAoAIJCCSAkESiUIplIAAAAAgIAAIC
Tips
- Just shift out of Sticky Webbing stacks. This will make you free to do other things.
- Save your Incarnation: Tree of Life and Flourish for big spider spawns. It is by far the biggest and most dangerous part of the encounter.
- In last phase just rotate through your cooldown for all damage events.
For more information, please refer to our Sennarth guide.
Dathea, Ascended
Recommended Talents:
- BkGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA0ikElSkIhUQiIFhWkEAAAAAAAAAAAAoAIJJIIBQSIJShkWiDAAAAAAiAAgI
Tips
- Use Moonkin Form and Wild Charge to be able to avoid knockbacks.
- Save Incarnation: Tree of Life and Reforestation procs for Cyclone. They happen roughly every 1:25, which means you will have to sit on Flourish for a bit, since you will have to skip some.
- You can get sucked into the middle of the boss while using Tranquility with Inner Peace talent. Do that on every other Cyclone.
- Spec Typhoon if you are going up on the platforms.
Kurog Grimtotem
Recommended Talents:
- BkGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA0ikElWkIhUQiIFhWkEAAAAAAAAAAAAoAIJCCSAkESiUIplIAAAAAgIAAIC
Tips
- Try to save your cooldowns for the end of each phase, since the damage ramps up over time.
- Heal players affected by Enveloping Earth debuff. They will require a lot of healing, so feel free to fully HoT every player.
For more information, please refer to our Kurog Grimtotem guide.
Broodkeeper Diurna
Recommended Talents:
- BkGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA0ikElWkIhUQiIFhWkEAAAAAAAAAAAAoAIJCCSAkESiUIplIAAAAAgIAAIC
Tips
- Icy Shroud debuff can be removed by shifting or dispeling.
- Icy Shroud will require heavy healing.
For more information, please refer to our Broodkeeper Diurna guide.
Raszageth the Storm-Eater
Recommended Talents:
- BkGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA0ikElWkIhUQiIFhWkEAAAAAAAAAAAAoAIJJIIBQSIJShkWiDAAAAAAiAAgI
Tips
- In Phase 1 you should just use your cooldowns as often as possible. It is not hugely important where, just on any mechanic that deals damage.
- For the first intermission make sure you save Incarnation: Tree of Life for absorb debuffs you get.
- In Phases 2 and 3 you can leap through the knockback by going out of the boss's hitbox, going into Cat Form, and then using Wild Charge.
- Incapacitating Roar and Typhoon are both good to get rid of the sparks.
