Lyney Best Teams and Team Compositions

These are some of the best units for Lyney's Mono-Pyro teams, providing immense buffs. Xilonen and Kaedehara Kazuha provide powerful RES Shred and DMG bonuses. Bennett and Nicole are mainly used for their massive ATK buffs and team sustain. Albedo is another a great option, especially when played in Hexerei teams alongside characters like Nicole and Durin.

Since Lyney's main kit is designed for Mono-Pyro, adding Pyro sub-DPS or buffer characters is the best way to increase overall team damage. Mavuika and Durin are premium off-field supports that provide both buffs and excellent off-field damage. Defensive options like Dehya and Thoma can also be used to provide much-needed interruption resistance while aiming Charged Attacks.

Furina is one of the very few Hydro supports who works perfectly with Lyney. Because Lyney is a Charged Attack damage dealer, he does not trigger the coordinated attacks of characters like Yelan or Xingqiu. If you want to play Lyney in an Overload reaction team, Chevreuse is the premium support option, providing massive RES Shred and ATK buffs. Fischl, Ororon, and Iansan are great Electro applicators to ensure you are continuously triggering Overload.
