Arlecchino Best Teams and Team Compositions

Off-field Cryo or Hydro characters can be used alongside Arlecchino, providing off-field Cryo or Hydro application, allowing Arlecchino to trigger the Melt or Vaporize reaction.

• Citlali in Melt teams can provide a bit more damage than comparable Vaporize teams. Citlali can use the Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City Artifact set to provide a Pyro DMG Bonus and can also reduce enemies' Pyro RES. She provides a shield, which is nice for survivability. As a Catalyst, Citlali can also use Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers, providing Arlecchino an ATK buff.
• Yelan can be used to enable Vaporize. Yelan can deal decent off-field DMG while also providing a DMG Bonus to Arlecchino.
• Xingqiu can be used as an alternative to Yelan, providing decent off-field DMG and even more Hydro application than Yelan at C6.
• Mona can also be used as a Vaporize enabler, and improves with constellations and when paired with other Hexerei characters such as Nicole or Sucrose. However, Mona's off-field Hydro application is limited, and she has high Energy Recharge requirements.

Alongside these characters, a second Cryo or Hydro character can be used, or alternatively other support characters.

Overload can be a viable team with Chevreuse. When the party contains only Pyro and Electro characters, Chevreuse can reduce enemies' Pyro and Electro RES and also provide an ATK buff to party members.

Alongside Chevreuse, off-field Electro characters can be used to enable Overload. Fischl can deal decent off-field DMG and enable Hexerei passives when paired with Nicole. Ororon can also be used instead, and can equip the Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City Artifact set. Iansan can be an alternative ATK buffer to Bennett or Nicole in Overload teams, although she is more difficult to play.

• Durin is a decent off-field Pyro DMG dealer for both Mono-Pyro and Overload. Durin can reduce enemies' Pyro RES, and also enable Hexerei passives when paired with Nicole or other Hexerei characters.
• Xiangling is a 4-Star off-field Pyro DMG dealer who can be used to a decent extent in Mono-Pyro teams alongside ATK buffers to increase Xiangling's DMG.

• Bennett and Nicole are both ATK buffers and are usually a core part of Arlecchino's best teams. To get the most out of Nicole, a second Hexerei character like Sucrose or Mona can be included. A C6 Bennett is often slightly better; however, Nicole can also provide a shield, which can improve survivability.
• Xilonen is a decent support for most teams, providing Elemental RES reduction against enemies, and can also equip the Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City Artifact set. Kachina can also somewhat work as a replacement, mostly due to her ability to fully utilize the Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City Artifact set.
• Sucrose can be a strong support for Melt/Vaporize teams, as she provides bonus EM and DMG buffs. Being a Catalyst, Sucrose can also use Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers. Sucrose can also enable Hexerei passives for other teammates. Prune can also be used as a Hexerei character, providing a DMG Bonus and, at C6, an ATK buff.
• Lan Yan can provide a strong shield, aiding in survivability, while also enabling the Viridescent Venerer Artifact set. Since Lan Yan is a Catalyst, she can also use Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers, providing an ATK buff.
• Kaedehara Kazuha can work as a general support for most team compositions, providing a DMG Bonus as well as enabling the Viridescent Venerer Artifact set.
• Zhongli is a strong shielder who can also reduce enemies' RES. Zhongli can also pair with Chiori, allowing Chiori to deal decent off-field DMG.
• Albedo can be used to enable Hexerei passives with Sucrose, Nicole, or Mona. Albedo can also equip the Hexerei set Celestial Gift, providing a DMG Bonus to Arlecchino.

Columbina alongside Ineffa can deal decent off-field DMG through the Lunar-Charged reaction, while also providing off-field Hydro for Arlecchino to trigger Vaporize, forming what is known as an "Overcharged" team. An additional Hydro teammate can be used in this team to provide more consistent off-field Hydro application, or a general support such as Xilonen.

Furina is often not the most optimal teammate, as Arlecchino does not receive healing and cannot trigger Furina's over-healing passive using single-character healers like Bennett. Receiving Furina's DMG buffs would require party-wide healers, which may not always provide beneficial buffs.

Emilie can be a decent off-field DMG dealer in Mono-Pyro teams, dealing large off-field DMG by enabling the Burning reaction.
