Durin Best Teams and Team Compositions

Nicole is the best character to pair alongside Durin. Together, they form one of the strongest support cores in the game. Nicole provides powerful buffs to both the on-field DPS and off-field damage dealers, which significantly increases Durin’s contribution to total team damage.

This duo can be used with a wide range of DPS characters such as Arlecchino in Overload teams, Wriothesley in Melt teams, and Varka in Pyro Swirl teams. Overall, they work extremely well with any ATK-scaling DPS that benefits from consistent Pyro application.

Durin is great with other Hexerei characters where both Hexerei characters in the team are able to benefit from their additional buffs. The amount of buffs varies with each character but for Durin specifically this provides increases to his personal DMG as well as increasing the RES Shred Durin provides for the team.

Venti, Varka, Lohen, and Klee are the primary Hexerei DPS characters that benefit the most from Durin.

These characters gain significant value when paired with the Durin + Nicole core, which forms one of the strongest support duos in the game. This combination greatly enhances both on-field and off-field damage, making it their best team setup in most scenarios.

Chevreuse is a powerful support character for Overload team compositions who provides buffs for both Electro and Pyro units. Often paired with Fischl who can provide great Electro application as well as activating Hexerei buffs and then a Main DPS that is either Pyro or Electro.

Durin can be a great support for a few different Geo DPS-based teams, mainly thanks to the Hexerei buffs from Albedo where both can form a solid pairing to buff Geo characters such as Navia.
