Welcome to our Roxy Flint build guide for Zenless Zone Zero. Roxy is an S-Rank Wind Stun Agent who provides high daze and buffing to her team aswell as the Contamination state to enemies, we will cover everything you need to know to get the most out of Roxy. Here you will learn to build her Drive Discs and choose her ideal W-Engines, and understand her unique stat priorities.
Roxy's Best W-Engines
Listed below are Roxy's best W-Engines. While W-Engines are listed in a priority order, what's best to build on your Roxy can change depending on the resources you plan to invest.
Roxy's Signature
Increases the equipper's CRIT Rate by 24/24/24/24/24%. DMG dealt ignores 15/17.3/19.5/21.8/24% of the target's Wind Attribute RES. When the equipper launches an [EX Special Attack] that deals Wind DMG, Daze inflicted increases by 36/41.4/46.8/52.2/57.6%, and DMG dealt by all other members of the squad increases by 20/23/26/29/32% for 50s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. The DMG increase effect is unique across the whole squad.
Hellfire Gears
While off-field, the equipper's Energy Regen increases by 0.6/0.75/0.9/1.05/1.2/s.
When using an EX Special Attack, the equipper's Impact is increased by 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% for 10s, stacking up to 2 times. The duration of each stack is calculated separately.
Steam Oven
For every 10 Energy accumulated, the equipper's Impact is increased by 2/2.3/2.6/2.9/3.2%, stacking up to 8 times. After Energy is consumed, this bonus remains for 8 more seconds. The duration of each stack is calculated separately.

King of the Summit
4-Piece Set: When the equipper is a Stun character and uses an EX Special Attack or Chain Attack, increases CRIT DMG of all squad members by 15%, and when the equipper's CRIT Rate is more than or equal to 50%, further increases CRIT DMG by 15%, lasting 15s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.

4-Piece Set: The equipper's DMG increases by 15%. When the equipper's initial DEF is at least 1,000/1,800, CRIT Rate increases by 8/16%.

Roxy's Stat Priority
Roxy scales heavily off of both DEF % and CRIT Rate, reaching her CRIT Rate threshold of 65% is most important, followed by getting as close to her DEF threshold as possible. However she can still function just fine if shes a little short on DEF.
Roxy's Skill Priority
Roxy's most important skills to level are her Core Skill, Basic Attack, EX Special Attack and her Ultimate.
