Best Pairings and Synergies With Seth Lowell
As a Defense Agent with efficient shields and the ability to buff and debuff Anomaly, he functions mainly as a support for Anomaly Agents and fits into a wide range of teams.
Yanagi is another Anomaly Agent that can take advantage of Seth's buffs and debuffs. On top of that, Yanagi and Seth both activate each other's additional abilities.
Seth is a great support agent for almost any Anomaly DPS. He does not take a lot of field time, and provides additional survivability that can be valuable for endgame content. On top of that, he also grants buffs and debuffs for Anomaly Agents. While you will often have better options available than Seth, he remains a viable F2P support for Anomaly squads.
Bangboo in Seth Lowell's Teams
Seth Lowell's best Bangboo is generally 
Officer Cui, which is the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team's specific Bangboo,
but you would have to run him with another Investigation Agent, and that might not always be possible.
Otherwise, the best Bangboo for Seth will heavily depend on your other teammates.
