1. Gems

You should use Immaculate Haste Taladite Icon Immaculate Haste Taladite (better), Greater Haste Taladite Icon Greater Haste Taladite (cheaper), or Haste Taladite Icon Haste Taladite (even cheaper) to reach the 38% (18% with Worldbreaker's Resolve Icon Worldbreaker's Resolve) Haste.

After this, use Immaculate Critical Strike Taladite Icon Immaculate Critical Strike Taladite (better), Greater Critical Strike Taladite Icon Greater Critical Strike Taladite (cheaper), or Critical Strike Taladite Icon Critical Strike Taladite (even cheaper) to reach the 30% Critical Strike breakpoint.

Finally when breakpoints are hit, fill out the remaining sockets with Immaculate Mastery Taladite Icon Immaculate Mastery Taladite (better), Greater Mastery Taladite Icon Greater Mastery Taladite (cheaper), or Mastery Taladite Icon Mastery Taladite (even cheaper).

2. Enchants

Following the same rule as gems, Haste to 38% (18% with Worldbreaker's Resolve Icon Worldbreaker's Resolve), Critical Strike to 30% and finally Mastery.

2.4. Weapon Enchant

Regardless of breakpoints mentioned, you should always enchant both weapons with Enchant Weapon - Mark of the Thunderlord Icon Enchant Weapon - Mark of the Thunderlord as it is the superior enchant.

3. Consumables

3.1. Food

Mastery should be used at all times, do not use it to reach extra breakpoints as losing the buff will have a significant downside.

3.2. Flask

Your flask should be a Draenic Strength Flask Icon Draenic Strength Flask or a Greater Draenic Strength Flask Icon Greater Draenic Strength Flask (better).

3.3. Rune

Your rune should be a Stout Augment Rune Icon Stout Augment Rune. Note that you can also use the empowered version with a 1-minute cooldown that you get from Tanaan Jungle:

During the encounter, your best choice for a potion will be Draenic Strength Potion Icon Draenic Strength Potion.
