Balance Druid Pre-Raid Best in Slot (BiS) List
This is the gear we recommend for Druids, before setting foot in Molten Core or Onyxia's Lair. Essentially you should be following the basic stat priority of getting lots of spell power while also looking out for crit, Intellect, and hit. *All of these are items that drop with random stats. You will be looking for "Arcane Wrath," which gives +Arcane Damage. This can sometimes be hard to farm, especially when dealing with multiple items, so make sure you have reasonable alternatives until you can get the correct drop.
