What Is The Expected Content Cadence?
First, let's take a look at how content was paced for Classic in the past.
| Classic Mode | Cadence |
|---|---|
| Classic WoW (2019) | Six phases over 19 months, gaps of 2-4 months between phases. |
| The Burning Crusade Classic/ Wrath of the Lich King Classic |
TBC: Five phases over 12 months, gaps of 1.5 to 4.5 months between phases. WotLK: Followed the same format as TBC. |
| Season of Discovery | Eight phases over 16 months, with a tighter gap of 2-3 months between phases. |
With these as reference, we can expect content cadence for Forever to follow a similar format of 4-6 phases with a 2-4 month cadence. It is important to know that cadences for everything but original Classic were compressed, so they could take longer.
